I bought a Korean 333 Dimeslime new in high school around '97 and was lucky enough to meet them and get it signed by all 4 of them. 25 years later, still one of my most prized possessions that hangs proudly on my wall and gets played regularly. I never did the pickup or hardware swap but it's still a monster as-is.

Very similar to mine, but mine is made in China, and the green on the front/top is a bit darker and less limey. Bought mine new in a guitar shop in Dublin in 2004, a few months before Dime died. It came with washburn pickups which I've replaced with a Seymour Duncan Distortion set with individual pickup splits on the two volumes.

Those horns behind the bridge seem so much longer and sharper than the Deans.
The Buddy Blaize ML by Dean is also a noteworthy Korean model! Thinner body, raised Floyd to suit the angled neck, awesome V neck profile. Buddy Blaize modified all of Dime's ML's, and the Buddy Blaize ML is his tribute to Dime! only 300 made, apparently. I love mine! Though the pickups are a little harsh..... but replaceable, i guess!

I have a question: Why is the Floyd recessed and not top-mounted? My import Slime 333 is top-mounted. I thought only the USA Dime 3s (natural wood grain back/matching head stock versions) had fully recessed Floyd Rose cavity routes.
I ask because I hate that mine is top-mounted. The reason being that since I like my action super low, when you depress the bridge too much for squeals, the bridge will press up against the body of the wood and actually separate from the mounting post and slam back into it when you let go. I hate that. Fully recessed Floyd Rose routed cavities don't seem to have this problem.
