I love your explanations of the 5 myths. I will be quoting you!!! ✊🏽
Thank you! Great insights!
In 2022, in a forum on my work, I respectfully pointed out that I don't need diversity /inclusivity when I start a business.
I stated that what's needed are:
- qualified personel
- motivated people
- honest workers.
I nearly lost my job...
Sue, diversity training is unconstitutional.
We are all unique and we are all special. Never judge a book by its cover.
Much to unlearn. Thank you.
It does not matter color or race we are in. We are all unique in our own ways.
Authentic diversity is the only thing that matters. Artificial diversity is worthless.
What has felt like artificial diversity has been pushed because the authentic takes too much work. Especially when it comes to the entertainment industry. A good story always transcends race, color, and other superficial attributes.
Let me tell you about Niklas. I had an encounter much like this one yesterday, where I clearly told my colleagues how scared I was about the possible consequences. Similarly they tried to calm me down with assurements of benevolence and how we must continue the struggle towards justice and to fight mental illness, among other strange and irrelevant comments. Few realize that the ideologs behind all this are militant feminists, transhumanist, postmodern and neomarxist who want to start a revolution and create a new socialist system, as was clearly stated by Judith Butler herself.
Nonsense.
Took her 3 minutes to expose her bias. Although it's a red flag when she identifies people primarily by skin color.
Diversity training is unconstitutional. Good, go get sued for discrimination.
Nazifascistas não passarão.
Total BS!
