The basic stat increase for Demon allies is based on her Regeneration rate, not Recovery rate. With all her cosmetics, she has 54% base Regeneration rate and if you want the full 20%, she would need to hit 66.7% Regeneration rate.
20% life steal make her get the hp wayyy faster cuz you deal dmg get more her that mean more dmg and that mean more heal for more dmg. It’s like almost double the speed so life steal food or set or supstat

Arthur probably won’t come back until November and gelda will most likely pop up 2 banners from now since she isn’t seasonal but summon for who you want to play with, shouldn’t always focus on meta and such
