@@familiamolinaurena6192 I know right! I found that out inly last night from another CZcamsr’s channel about the top 20 thrash albums of the 80’s. I cut my metal teeth on 80’s thrash. I love it!! 🤘Exciter were another great band, Vio-lence. A Lesson in Violence-great song man!!

Still blows my mind that they were 14, 16, 16, and 17 when they recorded The Ultra Violence Album. I had buddies that were in bands during high school and some of them were pretty decent and once band won the battle of the bands even... BUT they were no where near the level of these guys... Wow.
Wow, didn’t realize how they were. I was about their same age jammin their music on cassette.
I find it incredible that musicians my age and older can play like this... let alone night after night ...These guys are magnificent!
I know! I just saw Mastodon and Gojira last night in Atlanta, and thought the same thing!
I gained a new found respect for them when I saw them live (for the first time, actually) about 15 years ago, they headlined a small local metal fest thing and I was in one of the local opener bands. They put on an absolutely incredible show.
Yeah dude I can barely move. My back... my hips and knees... ugh. If I rocked and rolled that hard I'd probably snapped à vertebrae.

I grew up jamming to Death Angel in the late 80s
I dare say I've rarely if ever heard a thrash/death metal band play live at this level. These guys are masters, and as tight as only a band who have truly mastered their craft can be. Much respect, Death Angel🤘

Saw Death Angels in a small joint in Montréal/Québec in the early 2000's. They're so tight. One Hell of a show. If they come to your town, buy a ticket & bring your friends. Guaranteed great Metal show.

Death Angel was my first ever set I saw without earplugs back in 2011 at Downsview Park in Toronto, though I didn't know any of their songs back then. I got into a little bit of their 2010's stuff a few years later.
I saw these guys back in 1990-ish, and it is amazing that they sound much much better 30 years later.

I used to go see them in the Bay Area back in the day. The Stone SF, Ruthie's. Andy Galeon was only 14 and tearing up the drums.

Hopefully we see DA this 2024 again, i saw them twice the last two years and imo its one of the best live bands in metal ...
The only thrash band that I feel has no bad album and is by far one of my favorites they deserve their spot in the big 8 Rob inspired me to play guitar and Mark is a big inspiration for my singing also I got me a Rob Cavestany signature and it's amazing

I still remember the Speed Kills compilation where i first heard them in the 80’s. I was blown away by them then AND now!! 🤘
Yeah ! Speed Kills vol. III and is stage diver sleeve (hope you survived). I bought it for Nuclear Assault and bought Frolic Through the Park when it came out.
