Tim van Slooten maybe âGrievous: a Star Wars storyâ
With Dave Filloni and Jon Favreau in charge. It could show his change/transformation from a Kaleesh Warlord to the Droid General we all know and love. Everything from his first duel with a jedi to him dueling Ventress for command of the Droid Armies, sparring with Dooku, and maybe a Rogue One-esque scene with him cutting through clones and jedi at the battle of Geonosis (he was hidden in the catacombs and was tasked with protecting the separatist council) or Hypori where he first revealed himself to the republic.
EDIT: ditch Filloni. This should be exclusive to Favreau maybe bring in someone who actually cares about grievous as a character to help him.
Alex Hodge NOT DAVE FILLONI!!!! He has openly said he doesnât like grievousâ character and purposely butchered and changed grievousâ back story and character in the clone wars tv series because he didnât like him being a sympathetic villain.

People love to rip on greivous because he runs from battle a lot, but they never consider just how STRONG the jedi are that he runs from. Only Jedi masters and Anakin if they'd ever met, and only after greivous loses a Hand/Saber most of the time. Greivous doesn't have the force, he can't predict everyone's moves, much less adapt to all 6 jedi fighting forms, all he has is Intimidation and the ability to overwhelm. He's a master of drawing lesser jedi in only to teach them the meaning of fear in combat, a master intimidation to the point that even after Kenobi's dozenth bout against him in ROTS, Kenobi was STILL taken aback by what greivous was doing. Anyone who isn't holding the title of Master is going to piss themselves when you see this cyborg on the battlefield, and it's about time we all accept that. This song is the battle anthem of an underrated terror.

Imagine being in role of an Jedi Warrior.
You're on your ship in the Orbit of an Jungle Planet. Your Order is to protect a medical space station. You had never been attacked by other ships. So you think it will be over soon. One of your crewmember notifies you that an incoming Separatist fleet is on your way. Before you say something the enemy fleet is there and it blockades your ship. Your ship fight against this fleet, you know you can't fight against this fleet and the enemy is trying to enter the ship. You notice that the separatists land their ships on the World. You find yourself outnumbered so you order an evacuation. You and 5 other Clone Troopers try to help and reach the evacuation capsules. On the way you have lost 1 Clone in an Battle against 20 B1s, but you have replaced him with another Clone. You and 5 other Squads reach the evacuation capsules, and land on the Planet. Before you land you're seeing that one of the capsules is destroyed by enemy fire and two others were damaged. That includes your capsule. Your land on this Planet trying to find the other capsules. You reach the first capsule. You find that capsule completely destroyed and you find the remainings of one of the Squads. But you've found lightsaber marks on one of the Corpses. You remember that one very prominent Separatist General has 4 Lightsabers and not only killed more than 50 Jedis, but the fact that he was brutal and mercyless and also only lost against Jedi Masters. You dismiss the Idea because you know that he is fighting on another front against the best Legions and Jedis. The next capsule you find has the same outcome. The Squad is dead but you find more of these Lightsaber Marks. Your concern that he might be here grow. Hours you've travelled on this Planet and you have found 2 more of the dead surviving squads. But then you are hearing a scream. A human scream. You and your Squad are running as fast as you can. Only to see a group of predators eating a clone trooper alive. You jump on these beasts and kill them. The Clone trooper laying on the ground saying his last words : This ... thing ... was... . He passes out. Your concerns that Grievous might be here grews. Your squad finds time to bury him properly, has you scout on the trees. You see an enemy troop of Droids coming towards your direction. You return, seeing a moment of silence for all of the dead clones. As the moments was other you order to prepare an ambush. 5 Minutes later your Troop has prepared for the surprise attack. The Droids are coming and you order the attack. Before you can kill this Squadron of Droids one of them has contacted someone via Holocom. There was an thing. Tall, thin arms nearly robotic looking, and with an Long Coat. You know that it could be only him. You're trying to dismiss it but it wouldn't let you go. As he was contacted you order an other Ambush but with better preparations. 15 Minutes Later there are like 30 Droids. You order the attack and again destroying the force. One of the Clones gets minor wounded. As you think that this was everything the Separatists come up with. You hear coughing. Your turning around there he is. You have one feeling in yourself and on your face. The pure terror of one being makes you incabible of using the force or properly fight. You try to defend but his Lightsabers overwhelm you in seconds. Then you have the feel of Pain. You drop your Lightsaber and seeing that your guts are open. You drop and can't do anything because of the shock. You roll your head around only to see that your whole Squad is being killed by the incarnation of Terror and death. In the last moments you see that after he massacred your whole squad, he is going towards you. You pass out because of the shock and the bloodloss.

With star card upgrades, Grievous is undisputed the most OP hero in the whole game
Thrust Surge is basically a free kill
Claw Rush can now hit the same enemy more than once (and with star cards can insta-kill enemies with a single hit of this)
His lightsaber damage is ridiculous, can can be upgraded to kill most infantry in one hit
With the cards Flesh is Weak and Beating Heart, he becomes so unbelievably tanky and hard to kill
Please do Ahsoka's theme at some point, Ive honestly been waiting for one for ages as there aren't any covers of it on CZcams to my knowledge. Great job on Grievous by the way!

Honestly, a version of this where his theme is isolated and itâs more horn than strings would be E P I C. I love the part of the song where the strings let up to allow the horns to plant that theme. Sends shivers every time. The horns the way Kim does them emanates SERIOUS prequel vibes, which is obviously the goal, so props. But thereâs something about both Grievousâs character and his theme thatâs just amazing.

This perfectly embodies the general's character; the twisted sith cybernetic creation letting his dominance oozes onto the battlefield and he struggles with that nasty cough to alert you of his presence
I wonder if Grievous became a god after death like the Kaleesh religion promises. He certainly was a fearsome warrior who accomplished many great feats, but his cowardess, his extensive use of cybernetics, and his position as little more than unwitting pawn to far greater forces call his worthiness into question.

General Grievous You mean Lucasfilmâs canon. The Expanded Universe was discarded about 4 years before Disney bought the rights to Star Wars.

I donât know when the rise of skywalker takes place but return of the Jedi takes place four years after a new hope. Greivous died in revenge of the sith which takes place twenty years before a new hope. Itâll probably be around 50-60 years
