After doing excercise in mini gym, taking a shower, eating cooked broccoli fried rice, drinking pretty red drink with reading some and having good night sleep must be one hundred percent ❤perfect routine everyone want to spend.

For seasoning try Trader Joe’s they have some that mix various seasonings. My favorite for chicken is the “green & red hatch chile flakes” it’s low to mild spice
