I honestly don’t eat a lot of fish anyway so I feel comfortable with how much I currently consume. But I do know would be more sustainable not to eat any animal products at all
I think the most sustainable thing we can do is eat locally, which reduces carbon emissions and kills fewer animals overall. For example, I happen to live in an area with a lot of cattle ranchers, so it's easy to eat locally prepared beef
@@lilyawoodburn not really, the transportation emissions are very small compared to the deforestation, the methane emissions resulting from growing cattle
