Stump Burn Rocket Stove style

Sorry I don’t edit videos and I probably say um too much but hopefully someone will find this video helpful through my trial and error. The drill bit I used was a Makita ship auger 18” x 1 1/4. I wouldn’t use a diameter any smaller than this either. It’s a 1/2 shank but so you will need a drill with enough ump to handle it although it does cut really smooth.

I am devleoping a technique... I think make the main hole first, drop potasium nitreate and shugar, a lot of it with a lot of watter over a month... Then ligth the whole, then try to find the hole with the drill bit from the side.

I just use my chainsaw and cut a square through the top and then another from the side to connect it and it’s easy peasy. Just throw some paper and kindling in from the top.
