½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
water
¾ cup oil
3 medium onion sliced fry it till it turn brown
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin
1 inch ginger julian chopped
5-6 green chillies
1 tbsp coriander seeds crushed
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp garam masala
5 medium tomatoes sliced
2 packet chicken cubes ( optional )
750grm Rice
