Im still debating whether the silhouette out the window is really M and she escaped vincent for a short while, a ghost, or a hallucination of Rody's after too many nightmare fueled nights. I really liked how all the paintings referenced the game too.
I think it's her ghost, haunting Vince. She sees Rody, and leaves. Maybe due to not being able to watch what happens next for him? That's my theory anyway.

*Once upon a time in the quiet suburban town of Arcadia, there lived a young girl named ForeverNeena, known in the gaming world as "8-bit Neena." She was renowned for her stellar gaming skills, particularly in horror games. With countless speedrun world records under her belt, including the most horror games played in a day and the most games completed without getting jumpscared, she was a sensation in the gaming community. Neena's room was a gamer's haven, adorned with posters of her favorite titles and a powerful gaming PC that could handle any virtual challenge thrown her way. One summer evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, Neena's parents announced that they were leaving for a week-long vacation. Her mother and father were excited about their adventure, but Neena, being the dedicated gamer that she was, decided to stay home and continue her conquest of the virtual world. It was a decision she would soon come to regret. With her parents' departure, Neena settled into a routine of intense gaming.
