Thank you brother
The government should give you free clearance at the port and for anyone bringing equipment for self development like this.
We’re not independent until we’re able to feed ourselves. Very wonderful work
That is the truth. I think Gambia left behind in this concept. Many African countries are moving forward in the sector of agriculture
I have been crying the thing for the past 4 years, Gambian selling their land for chicken change and not leaving anything for their kids. I'm a product of that. czcams.com/channels/u8jlzG5Cmju_zYDclcBVSA.html
Say that again 10 thousand times.
@@iamBilliontv The govt should give soft loans to individuals who re ready to venture into agriculture. You need capital to do this! We must be engaged in agriculture if we are ready to end poverty in the country!!
You are hundred percent right thank you 🙏
Sir trust me you didnt build a Legacy for Just your family but for the entire nation we are proud of you
Thank you
Thank you.
great legacy for entire world
That's a great inspiration, Gambian should follow his foot step.
Thank you. This guy is great. He is also doing a lot in the real estate. Hop you have something in mind too
Sure he’s a great inspiration to all Gambian people
11million dalasis is less then $200k for people who don't know
Thank you for your information.
Still big money
Still a lot of money..
Watching from Washington state. $200000 is a lot of money! A lot of people here don't have that kind of money. Much respect for that brother.
Thanks my boi🙏
It is almost like you have to leave your country and come to NYC or other big cities to understand how much resources you have in your own country and have much success you can have with a little extra work.
Me, myself is about to leave NYC to go back to Jamaica and build my own farm and homestead.
Investment back home and going back is the only solution. We can not stay in foreign lands forever
I visited St Elizabeth Jamaica recently for vacation and let me say the people of Jamaica is sitting on an abundance of rich resources and don’t even know it.
I’m not from Jamaica but my heart desire is intended to move/live there if that’s where TMH is calling me to. If not, I will go where the spirit leads.
All the best with your transition back home in due time. 🙏🏾
That's because of the financial system in the third world countries, production is left behind and almost no backing of the risk management of the government system to take a loan and so people have to make money first to to start a business in the production sector and the opportunity to for your dream come true is to make money abroad and the mindset is simply as that
I am from Somalia and I believe every tree planted not only to your family benefit but it is beneficial to the whole world thank you for your hard work and god bless you ❤❤❤❤❤

Farming means food on the table, feeding your people.
This an the liks are the solution for Africa. Unless we can produce our own food. We cant go anywhere
The land is rich.Good investment. I hope the government will support him like other governments.

My dear brother, I am very proud of you! From Texas, USA!

This man is wise on investing in an income-producing farm rather building a big house that sucks up the money.
Your analysis is spot on a house or car will take from my pocket ❤
11,000,000 Dalasis is about $184,000 is a great start. Key ingredient to build Generational Wealth is Business/Real Estate.Key to a successful business ANYWHERE is a Strong Team .
Thanks for watching
Farming is the way out. If we can provide our own food. Everything is possible
Hope you also have something similar in mind
Everyone should have at least a 4 ft x 4 ft home container garden. 9 Home Depot containers can fit in that size garden.
This man (Laba) is just amazing and shows a high level of patriotism in The Gambia. His investment is incredible and the country needs people like him to move forward. I encourage the government and all the rightful stakeholders to engage in agriculture to help the country in national development. Laba is an exemplary leader that all should emulate. I encourage the government to assist people like Laba thus by providing labour force that would provide employment for the youths and women, providing subsidies and so many things. If an individual is willing embark in national development, why not the government gives a helping hand. I pray to Allah to give him (Laba) long life to witness the fruits of his labor.
Well said. Thank you brother.
Masha'Allah. I came across this channel accidentally. I am not African, but I hope more and more African brothers and sisters will have the courage to undertake these type of projects.

Now, there will be a big boost in the agriculture industry as African union is in the G21. Just don't let the politicians get a hold over farmers. Keep that in mind. Best of luck to the billion people in Africa. We, Indians are here for you. Love From Bharat.

In the USA, people encourage you to do more. Why would anyone in the Gambia discourage you from building your business? Gambia has some of the best land in the world. You should be exporting food to the USA and the EU instead of importing it. Do you have any idea how much people pay for avocados here? Mexicans are growing rich planting avocado trees. Anyway, best wishes from the USA. I hope to see a prosperous rich Gambia soon.
Well said. Farming is not the thing of the rich. Only the poor people are doing agriculture. So it's very rare to see a rich person invest in agriculture. The Gambia is different
Thank you for coming back coming back to your country and invested US 11.0 Million.
GOD bless you and your farm workers . Watching from Papua New Guinea.
Thank you 🙏
It’s 11 million dalasis equivalent to 175 thousand dollars ❤
Do you have that in your account. If you have that amount would you invest it in a farm?

This is wonderful. What a visionary mindset!!!

It is my joy to learn about this determined gentleman who came with a vision to change his home land Gambia .l love plants of various types they are blankets for Mother Nature. The concept of profits making seamlessly married to help climate change is practically in friendship with nature. I really adore green grass too, it grows from bottom, not the top. If something eats the tips, it doesn’t kill the plant. Only makes it grow faster. May you and your children be blessed as you forge your way to create a sustainable job for your country fellow men and women. Hopefully we’ll see you again how much progress you make in the future
This is amazing. Watching from South Africa

I hope so, too. I recently left my job for this channel. Want to be a full-time CZcamsr now.
@@iamBilliontv wishing you the best bro.
You’re very right. I’m lucky that I’m from the provinces! Estates did not invade our lands yet
We need more people to make that move because after they put houses in all the land what are we going to do for food we can't eat the blocks, the concrete. It's happening in Haïti too.we need to return to farming like old times. . .
God bless brother good move may God bless your farm.I am from Haïti I wish some Haïtien brothers start thinking like you do because that's richest God has giving US a Land completely agricole and healthy too. . . This man is very great. I really admire him.
Sure he is doing good
Ten of this kind of man can pull out Gambians out of poverty
This is a refreshing video. If Lamin should see this he can create a tourist option where visitors can visit and help out on the farm for a few days. This can be an added revenue source for himself and employees if it matures. I would do it in a heart beat.
Wow that’s a great idea
This is the century for African success for Africans. Luckily I have Afro descended kids. Viva Africa.

Awesome, my friend you need to partner with a food science, find your local College or University and consult with a food scientist. You can bottle your in mason jars or can freeze your food, you can even make dries food. I grew up in a small town in America and we grew everything we ate. In America Freezer were the big thing when I was a child, all local families had a Freezer. We put our food in mason jars and everything else we put in the freezer inside of freezer bags.
Thank you will definitely enquire about it
Great idea
Big up the big man! This is what we need in The Gambia.

WISE GAMBIAN MAN WITH GREAT FARMING IDEA
Thank you very much for watching this videos.
Never even knew oranges grow in Africa. Good content. Hopefully, owners treat workers good and make sure they have a break facilities and proper places to stay. This is what governments need to spend money on (agriculture and health and education) instead of military and space funding. He can solve his water problem by building his own lake to catch the rain water. Similar to what the people of Dhun did in India.
Thanks for the advice ❤
The government will never spend therr time on any permanent solution to the problem. You hear from the man himself. He staff are living in a very good house.
Morocco is one of the largest orange producer in the world , and I am sure that orange can grow in so many countries in Africa...
@hmt5oo South Africa too. I knew of a Greek who was known as the king of citrus there with 5 farms of a total of 4000 acres or 9000 hectares.
@@Pyrrhic537 massive commercial farms is killing the water reserve of morocco and specially small private farms ...
Big farms are able to control the water include building water ways directly from dams while asking tinny farms to conserve drops of water for drinking...
Morocco' for mandarin and orange ,become the top seller at costco , walmart , and every large chains in the usa ...
Average moroccans is not gaining penny from this massive export of produce ...
