Love you guys so much. My buddy Joseph Daniel wrote these lyrics and pitched them for me to use as a song. I was absolutely moved. So I put together a melody/structure and here we are now. Hope you guys like it. Gave it everything I had.

I find this song so relatable, I find it hard to make friends. Like whenever I'm on my own, I just have those thoughts I wanna end up crying. Can't stand being on my own, being with friends just makes me feel more alive. And he song is so amazing!

these words struck me the most. I feel trapped in this terrible storm. there is no way out through this fog. fear takes over ... in a direction I don't know. in general, all your creativity is amazing to me, your voice and the emotions you put into it, feel the melody penetrate my body, it's what i feel inside, but i'm hiding and i'm afraid of it.

Same... I'm in this tough spot where I cannot maintain a single friend for a longer time after some things that happened to me about 5 years ago. It is SO HARD to let someone in and at the same time to allow myself to have this leap of faith just one more time.
Started another therapy just 2 weeks ago (this is my 3rd therapist) so we'll see.
Nathan's "Paranoia" is a perfect description of the state that I'm in 90% of the time and if someone gets the song then I know where they are because that's where I am too. The scope of the emotion in that song just hits.

Those lines I feel I most connect with because I tend to think and care for others before myself because I don’t think highly of my own life and I put others ahead of me to make them happy and so they feel loved and wanted and cared for.

Went to my grandma's funeral today... my last bloodline grandparent. I never knew her that well, but I truly hope she is resting in peace... I was able to avoid the tears and the pain, until I looked into that casket... Now I don't know. I don't who I am, why I'm here, why people have to die, or even why we live.. the only thing I know is I love my family, and music. Maybe tonight God could give me the strength to rise, from the ground, frome the ashes, or wherever I already may be.

I went through a lot of stuff the past few years and I felt so alone and friendless, anxiety and depression really got me down but that was then. I’m okay now things are going well for me. This song is very relatable for me. Personally i have many people around me that talk to me but none of them feel like real friends. I remember having completely no friends and I wanted anyone no matter who they were to just talk to me. But I was so closed off. I also remember being so exited when a message lit up in my phone. Now, the people who talk to me make me feel more alone then I was before. Tbh the people who have the most “friends” are the most alone. I really enjoy the length of this song it feels like a journey through what’s been happening recently. I really do feel friendless. Thank you for writing this song Nathan.
