I would implore you guys, to weld something on the harness bar to keep the shoulder straps from being able to slide side to side. A while back, we had a guy wreck at our track and he had shitty seat mounts, not bolted to the harness bar, and wrap around shoulder straps without any sort of containment on the straps. He ended up in the passenger door of his car and died on impact, the seat laid over and the harness went to that side of the car with him. Seeing as a regular bucket seat does next to nothing to keep you planted in place, I would certainly do everything I could to make the harness able to do its job to the best of its ability. It's a dumb thing to lose a life over.
