Larry has lost before, plenty of times in fact. He's absolutely a top tier dancer, but not invincible. Rubix just has to level up faster than Larry, which only a select few people have done
There are so many reasons why Rubix always lose against Larry : -First , Larry's body control, technicity and precision are UNMATCHED. He's the cleanest and precise dancer out there. -Secondly, Larry's 'CONSISTENCY' in competition is amazing and his musicality is on higher level. -Also, there is something we call 'battle wise' and 'battle intelligence'. Rubix in battle focus to much on doing powerful , big moves all over the place. and sometimes he can look sloppy... These are some of the things Larry has, that Rubix is lacking. I love Rubix and am sure that with more work he'll be the future. And one day a legend like Larry and Laurent.

Lets not forget about technique. Rubix doing great moves and got alot of cool powermoves, but not enough CLEAN comparing to Larry. Larry literally mastering his own moves from year to year so they feel much more fit and flowing when it comes to bit.
I love Rubix but to be honest I think he loses to Larry for the same reason most dancers lose to Larry, Larry is so meticulously in tune with the music that there's not even a microsecond where he doesn't look in control. Larry's attention to detail is so great it looks like every moment is choreographed. Rubix is great but I think those big power moves cost him a bit of the precision and nuance that makes Larry so hard to beat.

Sometimes when rubix goes off , it doesn’t look that clean and lack technicality as compared to larry.. i mean u can see some resets in his movements and the overall flow is sometimes off. He’s such a beast tho but if he missed it there’s many things that can deduct points.

I know ALL of their officials battle 1v1 they did over the years. And Larry has beat Laurent 4 times. And Laurent won 3 against Larry. Larry is just very precise with where he uses his signatures for significant moments. He paces where he builds up, slows down, or carries a concept. Rubix is great in musicality but his moves sometimes aren't subtle enough to hit certain beats that Larry can. Not to say that he can't do it, just often times Larry outmatches him.
rubix is beastly. But Larry has better battle IQ he dances smarter and has more purposeful movements not to mention more mastered musicality. When your versing Larry, heavy reliance on power moves isn't enough to beat him.
i think larry have more control of his random bodymoves than any other dancer. He's really listening to the music and makes it his bitch. Rubix is one hell of a dancer ! he has so much energy and he uses his dance moves in a smart way with the music, but he misses so many tones and beats. I guess Larry have more musicality ramifications than Rubix ;)
Larry and Lau should feel pride every time Rubix dances because he is truly their prodigy and Rubix is a beast. However, Larry is smart with his dance from start to finish and he makes you remember the song because he tells a complete story in his moves. Both Larry and Lau also always has another 'level' they can hit. No matter who they battle, you can't sleep on them because they go deeper, stronger, and hit levels in their musicality that no one can touch. Love Rubix too because he's going to always represent CC well.
Did everyone forget about Laurent? Larrys monstrous musicality is one thing but on most battles theres Laurent backing up larry with his complementing moves and twinning etc. So rubix is up against not just larry but also the crazy synergy created by the twins. But then again most battles between rubix and larry seem like a friendly showcase rather than an actual battle so all's good.
The post talks only about the solo battle 1-1 between Larry and Rubix, not a duo. And in solo battle, Larry is alone against Rubix alone. I've been in a lot of their battles and for the solo battle competition is only Larry vs Rubix , and Laurent never step in (he don't even have the right ), unless it's a 2-2 duo battle competition.
Its quit possible to win against Larry But against Lau he can only dream. Because i believe Lau focuses everything and he study well. Because everytime whosever defeated Larry if he/she is facing Lau then Lau undoubtly become beast out of nowhere and kill anyone who once defeated larry.
I disagree , because Larry doesn’t have anyone reliable. If you watch their battles , Larry is always going first to battle. So, he doesn’t know who he is up against. As for Lau , especially during the bad battle they both knew they were going against dyens in finals again. So this time Lau was prepared to beat him. Anytime Larry hasn’t battled someone , I noticed Lau loses unless he is prepared with his beastly moves but that rarely happens.
Why does Larry always beat Rubix?: 🤔 Let me think... Rubix is good but he's in Les twins crew, they are not in his. There's a reason for that. Les twins especially Larry has an insane ear for music and super sonic reflexes, he always catches the beat and his rhythm, style and accuracy is matched only by his brother Lau who happens to breath with a beat and walk with the tempo and melody. Rubix learns from them as much as the twins admire him too but Larry is on that level of when God looks down at the ants and smiles saying: "one day, you will be strong enough to face me... But for now let me help you grow" 😁 Larry wins because there is a difference between being good enough to teach others and being so good that others can simply watch in awe. You made some really great points that I agree with. Larry has a insane musicality combined with amazing control and freestyle experience. Rubix reminds me of Laurent back in 2014-2016 with his really wild style and crazy moves. Don't get me wrong... Rubix has really good musicality as well and power moves that blow the crowd away but in my opinion, he gets too wild and focuses a bit too heavily on his powermoves when he faces Larry. Also, the moves he uses when he's focusing on musicality are not incredibly complex like Laurent's which also doesn't help him out when it comes to judging. Great video, keep it up!
Rubix dance for the crowd, Larry dance to get points from the Judges, his moves are technical and calculated, Rubix has also good musicality, I think Rubix could win a battle against Larry if they based on how much the crowd screams
Do you ever see Larry have to put his hand out down to stop himself from falling, no. Mad control, clean transitions and execution, swag and confidence. Don't get me wrong Rubix is very good but Larry is another level.
It's "his moves superior to lau" for me on moves LAU made up😂. I couldn't focus after that on the video & started watching TV than took my meds,but I did give you the view & a like for ur hard work.
Larry all day. Only Laurent can beat Larry with messy moves not Rubix. Larry mastered precision, creativity and musicality simultaneously. And no other freestyle dancer has gone that far except him or maybe Skitzo. Most dancers has great musicality especially french dancers but most of their moves lack precision and creativity. But even some other french freestyle dancers have those,still not as consistent as Larry does. In my own opinion musicality alone is boring to watch. And fortunately Larry is able to bring musicality,creativity and precision on the dance floor all together. And yeah Laurent with his messy wild movements can please a crowd even to my eyes and i don't have an explanation for that. I just don't know why. Maybe he is just special.😊
I think 🤔 rubix gets scared sometimes because Larry can be very unpredictable at times, he own for his signature moves but still does out worldly things. Unlike Laurent you know he is going to be unpredictable at all times, Larry switches things up.

You shouldn't upload this video, Rubix got frustrated on the last FC he always have been compared with the Twins but he has a different mentality now and we saw him on the BTM exchange. Even Rochka talk to him and the Live that larry made with Rubix explained why he "lose". It won't take long for Rubix to past Laurent or Larry on some event.
(my 2 cents) Rubix has absolute control of his moves ... Larry has abosulte control of his joints ... Larrys got sharper, more intricate and higher details in every move ... tho the motion isnt as big or physical as Rubix .. but the details from larry is like every frame a pose :P
First of all im a huge fan of Les Twins and Rubix since 2012. Rubix is a monster in every single battle and won many of them. Why he cant beat Larry or Lau when both of them can loose with other dancers? The answer is simple they are Criminalz Crew where Les Twins are the bosses. And they have some rules and one of them says that other members of group cant defeat Les Twins in battles. And thats it.

I think Rubix loses cuz of multiple things. One is that Larry is the personal embodiment of the phrase “every move matters” every move of Larry’s is purposeful and if he messes up its harder to catch it. Rubix’s style is really wild compared to Larry’s and when he really goes off, some of his resets and setups disrupt the whole flow of his sequence. In addition to that, rubix sometimes suffer from what Laurent also sometimes suffers from. It’s that he’ll hit some obscure parts of the beat in a way that people r occasionally not able to register or he’ll hit it and people just happen to not hear it. My example is his knee spin and toespin he does in the second clip on humble. Some people just would not register what he hit and think he just did those moves for the price of free.

Isnt Rubix their protege though? Rubix is alot more physical than les twins but they have been doing this long enough to know how bad it is on your body in the long run I'd think. But if you watch closer you can see where all dancers are perfect and also where they are flawed.

But when it comes to technicity, Larry is the master and outdo Rubix in that area. Rubix is nowhere near Larry's level of technique and body control, for sure. This is one of the reason why he keep losing to Larry, he focus too much on powerful moves with a lack of technique and control. And for originilaty they're all good, still both Lau and Larry are on top in that area because they each created an unique style that Inspires many of the new generation of dancers even Rubix. Fact. Rubix is one hell of a dancer ! he has so much energy and he uses his dance moves in a smart way with the music, but he misses so many tones and beats. I guess Larry have more musicality ramifications than Rubix ;)

Larry and Lau should feel pride every time Rubix dances because he is truly their prodigy and Rubix is a beast. However, Larry is smart with his dance from start to finish and he makes you remember the song because he tells a complete story in his moves. Both Larry and Lau also always has another 'level' they can hit. No matter who they battle, you can't sleep on them because they go deeper, stronger, and hit levels in their musicality that no one can touch. Love Rubix too because he's going to always represent CC well.

Did everyone forget about Laurent? Larrys monstrous musicality is one thing but on most battles theres Laurent backing up larry with his complementing moves and twinning etc. So rubix is up against not just larry but also the crazy synergy created by the twins. But then again most battles between rubix and larry seem like a friendly showcase rather than an actual battle so all's good.

The post talks only about the solo battle 1-1 between Larry and Rubix, not a duo. And in solo battle, Larry is alone against Rubix alone. I've been in a lot of their battles and for the solo battle competition is only Larry vs Rubix , and Laurent never step in (he don't even have the right ), unless it's a 2-2 duo battle competition.
Rubio is obviously a student of Les Twins. His energy will soon match his musicality. Then he will be unstoppable

Its quit possible to win against Larry But against Lau he can only dream. Because i believe Lau focuses everything and he study well. Because everytime whosever defeated Larry if he/she is facing Lau then Lau undoubtly become beast out of nowhere and kill anyone who once defeated larry.
I disagree , because Larry doesn’t have anyone reliable. If you watch their battles , Larry is always going first to battle. So, he doesn’t know who he is up against. As for Lau , especially during the bad battle they both knew they were going against dyens in finals again. So this time Lau was prepared to beat him. Anytime Larry hasn’t battled someone , I noticed Lau loses unless he is prepared with his beastly moves but that rarely happens.
LOL!!! the funny thing is that Larry has the better battle track record between the two, he's the most successful solo batller dancer.

Rubix is good but he's in Les twins crew, they are not in his. There's a reason for that. Les twins especially Larry has an insane ear for music and super sonic reflexes, he always catches the beat and his rhythm, style and accuracy is matched only by his brother Lau who happens to breath with a beat and walk with the tempo and melody. Rubix learns from them as much as the twins admire him too but Larry is on that level of when God looks down at the ants and smiles saying: "one day, you will be strong enough to face me... But for now let me help you grow" 😁
Larry wins because there is a difference between being good enough to teach others and being so good that others can simply watch in awe. Larry and Lau have mastered the art of dance that's why they always win.

Larry is more refined and consistent. His movements and concepts are very concise.
You made some really great points that I agree with. Larry has a insane musicality combined with amazing control and freestyle experience. Rubix reminds me of Laurent back in 2014-2016 with his really wild style and crazy moves. Don't get me wrong... Rubix has really good musicality as well and power moves that blow the crowd away but in my opinion, he gets too wild and focuses a bit too heavily on his powermoves when he faces Larry. Also, the moves he uses when he's focusing on musicality are not incredibly complex like Laurent's which also doesn't help him out when it comes to judging.

Larry all day. Only Laurent can beat Larry with messy moves not Rubix. Larry mastered precision, creativity and musicality simultaneously. And no other freestyle dancer has gone that far except him or maybe Skitzo. Most dancers has great musicality especially french dancers but most of their moves lack precision and creativity. But even some other french freestyle dancers have those,still not as consistent as Larry does. In my own opinion musicality alone is boring to watch. And fortunately Larry is able to bring musicality,creativity and precision on the dance floor all together.
And yeah Laurent with his messy wild movements can please a crowd even to my eyes and i don't have an explanation for that. I just don't know why. Maybe he is just special.😊
I think 🤔 rubix gets scared sometimes because Larry can be very unpredictable at times, he own for his signature moves but still does out worldly things. Unlike Laurent you know he is going to be unpredictable at all times, Larry switches things up.

You shouldn't upload this video, Rubix got frustrated on the last FC he always have been compared with the Twins but he has a different mentality now and we saw him on the BTM exchange. Even Rochka talk to him and the Live that larry made with Rubix explained why he "lose". It won't take long for Rubix to past Laurent or Larry on some event.

First of all im a huge fan of Les Twins and Rubix since 2012. Rubix is a monster in every single battle and won many of them. Why he cant beat Larry or Lau when both of them can loose with other dancers? The answer is simple they are Criminalz Crew where Les Twins are the bosses. And they have some rules and one of them says that other members of group cant defeat Les Twins in battles. And thats it.

I think Rubix loses cuz of multiple things. One is that Larry is the personal embodiment of the phrase “every move matters” every move of Larry’s is purposeful and if he messes up its harder to catch it. Rubix’s style is really wild compared to Larry’s and when he really goes off, some of his resets and setups disrupt the whole flow of his sequence. In addition to that, rubix sometimes suffer from what Laurent also sometimes suffers from. It’s that he’ll hit some obscure parts of the beat in a way that people r occasionally not able to register or he’ll hit it and people just happen to not hear it. My example is his knee spin and toespin he does in the second clip on humble. Some people just would not register what he hit and think he just did those moves for the price of free.

R-test moving everywhere doesn’t always guarantee a win. Plus being famous has nothing to do with it.
What y'all keep forgetting is that all dancers eventually becoming repetitive with their moves. The difference is how it hits the music each time they use it. As one who's watched almost all Rubix's dance videos, he also comes off as repetitive. So this is not a valid argument.

Lolll. Love Rubix too. But Lau and Larry are still the masters and on top of the chain IMO. I only agree with Rubix doing more powerful moves. But when it comes to technicity, Larry is the master and outdo Rubix in that area. Rubix is nowhere near Larry's level of technique and body control, for sure. This is one of the reason why he keep losing to Larry, he focus too much on powerful moves with a lack of technique and control. And for originilaty they're all good, still both Lau and Larry are on top in that area because they each created an unique style that Inspires many of the new generation of dancers even Rubix. Fact. Rubix style is just a mix of Lau's old style with a bit of Larry and booboo in it.
