I went to this race. We were supposed to do the wave only twice, but we went around the track 5 times. I loved the end where edwards spun out busch.

This is JUST part or what Bristol amazing. I'm glad I live in this awesome state.
Wow, that was amazing! It is simply extraordinary that people can sync up so perfect like that. This ability exists beyond "the wave",for example while clapping, people can get so synced together that it sounds like one enormous clap.
If anybody has info about this phenomenon please discuss it with me. Alternatively, an external link to studies or w/e be great too. I can't find much on google. I'm sure the info is out there, but i can think how to word the search.

I used to think it was called a wave because it's like a wave goodbye. Now I realise it's more similar to a propagation wave like a sound-wave. It is literally a transverse wave of energy (and information) passing through a medium (the audience).
