After your ponytails add left out hair and tuck it all together using railtail comb. Working from bottom, It seamlessly tucks hair away then pin according. Using a Murray’s beeswax can also aid in a smooth look without harshness of over spraying hairspray. Hope that’s helpful 🤞🏾💅

Took me back to high school
There are a few different ways to achieve the French roll hairstyle. Especially if you have a "finer" grade of hair. My hair is naturally fine. I used to wear my hair this way back in high school Especially if I was getting dressed up lol. Anyway I found it easiest to curl my hair all over as tight as I could. Then brush your my in the direction I wanted to pin hair in the french roll.There are french roll sponges to make it look fuller if that's a look you desire. Then you pin your hair using bobby pins or old school hair pins. Old school roller wet set was another way for those with relaxed hair mold the hair then set under the dryer. There's so may ways to achieve this look. I was wondering if this look would ever make a come back. 2024 here we are lol. I started rocking this look in the early 90s lol.
i have the same texture as you, is your hair permed? i found in being free of chemicals it has helped thicken my hair some.. this was super cute with the leaveout to the side 🥰 i would LOVE to see how your clip-ins/tape-ins are done also, the thin gworls NEED 🫶🏾💕😘😘😘😘

Stuff a stocking cap or an old panty hose to alter the size of how you want your french roll to look. That will be more efficient than the donut bun.
Me miracle. My hair so thin just like yours but when i wash it doesn't look as thin. It maybe low iron or omega deficiency
