Studs can be found all over the place in almost any Lego game, including Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. That is usually a good thing, but it becomes a major problem if you want to beat the game without touching a single one. Why would you want to do this? I don't know - just for the challenge of it? It doesn't matter. All that does is completing every level without touching a single stud. That is our sole purpose in life from now until you finish watching this video.
Since this is part one of two, this video will cover the prequel trilogy levels. Part two will be the original trilogy. - Hry

‘Stud’ doesn’t feel like a real word now
The studs collecting themselves is not a glitch. It happens when there are too many objects in the game, so they are automatically collected to reduce lag, meaning if you want to be maximally impoverished, you have to avoid shooting too many stud-containing items.

It’s not a glitch, if you shoot something from a distance the studs collect themselves. This counts for characters and vehicles

7 year old me was so focused on making sure the duel on mustafar was accurate by attacking obi wan at every poing in the level studs were the last thing on my mind until i wanted to buy watto

6:06 You can use the force on the tree holders to press the button for you.
8:10 Try using the force to push R4 across the buttons.
12:02 You can push a Clone onto a button to avoid freeing the first Wookiee. Getting the Disarm Troopers extra makes it much easier.
You can probably skip more with transition skips.
All Jedi, other than Vader and Luke, can jump farther on the Wii version, so you might be able to skip some more on that version.
The effort you went throughfor such a small chamnel is incredible.

Would be interesting to have a part 3 where you try to minimize the minimum value using Free Mode and free character choice.

When studs pick themselves up, I don’t think it’s a glitch, maybe it is a limit of studs on the screen, so the game won’t overload.

Ship levels in TCS suck compared to the old versions, the game is better in every way except the space battles in my humble opinion

4:25, Funny. In Lego Star Wars: The Videogame, (Same thing either way) I somehow managed to not collect any studs.
My best guess is that the upgrades Complete Saga made compared to the originals added these extra studs and wats to collect.
I havent played a lego game since lego batman 3 beyond gotham this new lego star wars game better be amazing

Oh my god - you have no idea how much I love the fact you continued the video after reaching the point where you found out you can not progress any further without touching a stud.
