Would the Greek state, a member of the EU, the heartland of world democracy, allow the formation of the Party of Albanian Minorities in Greece? In the Albanian State, outside the EU, the Greek minority party is a reality. Would the Greek government allow the financing of this party by the Albanian state, and would it allow Albanian politicians to go to Greece for electoral propaganda in favor of the Cham population and Albanian immigrants, as the Greek government and politicians did this year in Albania? So can Albania copy what Greece does within the borders of the neighboring country and take an example from this EU country? Wake up EU, wake up Albania and behave like democracy in Greece.
No , Absolutely not. All MPs in the Greek parliament must first serve the interests of Greece. Not foreign interests . It is Greece they are living in , Greece is their country. Politicians that will serve Albanian interests have no place in the Greek parliament.
@@Jovan_Jarkarane So why does the party of Greek-speaking minorities exist in Albania and why does the Greek prime minister and the mayors of Athens and Thessaloniki come to Albania to fight against Albanian interests and to defend the mafia? I would say that Albania has a real European democracy, while Greece still lives an old Ottoman mentality.
@@dritant1719 Because unlike the Albanians in Greece who are all immigrants from 1992 , the Greeks have an actual real native minority in Albania. Also Greece does not forbiddens PMs to visit Greece. Erdogan and the Turkish foreigner minister have visited Thrace many times. Now if you are unsatisfied ask your president why he allows it .
You're absolutely right my friend. Honestly, it's a shame that Albanian politicians allow Greek people to have so many rights, even more than Albanian people themselves. They have their own schools, road signs are in Greek language which is ridiculous and they have their own political party. And bare in mind that there are probably only 2k Greeks IN TOTAL, most of them are over 60 years old, so they aren't even a big and influential minority to begin with. I would not be upset IF Greece would respect the way, way bigger Albanian community in Greece. There are more than 250k Albanians in Northern Greece and more than 500k in whole Greece, I am not even considering people with Albanian descent. Yet, none of these people have minority rights. No Albanian schools, no Albanian road signs near the Albanian border in Northern Greece and no Albanian political party. Greece acts like they don't even exist. Greece is just a racist and hypocrite country to begin with. If people have to change their name, identity and religion, just to have SOME rights in Greek society, then you really have to think whether this is a democratic country or just a racist shi*hole. I always compare Greece with a bad guest. If he is at your home, he will go to your fridge, take the best bottle of wine and drink the whole thing without asking about your permission. Now if you go to his house as his guest, you will not be allowed to open the fridge, you won't get any fancy wine or even some juice. Heck, you won't even get a glass of water, you'll just get some tap water which isn't even cold to begin with. Please wake up dear PM and fight for the rights of YOUR country and NOT for the rights of some racist and hypocrite neighbors.
Perhaps in Greece the prime minister can eventually intervene in the judiciary system , that’s why the journalist is asking “Tirana” to intervene to liberate beyleri. We just need to explain to our neighbors about what we are fighting for, so they can understand why it is important. It could be that, while we are trying to move towards the separation of powers in Albania , in Greece they are moving in the opposite direction. So sad. The first government intervention on the new judiciary system is done by the Greek government. So basically speaking when we build institutions the one feeling uncomfortable is our old neighbor. Very sad.
So, the Greek reporter got in details who owns property and who has bought property in Himara. He wants details from another country without having one complaint who’s Greek minority citizen that has had their property taken or seized. It is disturbing that our PM has to explain “wrongdoing” where history films and documentaries notes shows who should be asking for what (Cameria). Naltmadhni, any mention to this man without memory about his past what he has taken ?!?! He wanted a fair interview right ?!?!
Very disappointed by this interview from my PM, he was very reserved and respectfully towards the nacionalist extremists Greek politicians, im very disappointed that Mr prime minister didn't expose Beleri for what he really is and what he represents, Mr Rama took his time to explain himself to the greeks and never bothered to explain why he is tolerate the greek politicians to come to albania and campaign against albanias, shame on you Mr PM, i look back at the interview you gave to Greek reporter 5 or 6 years ago and i was very proud of my Prime minister listening to this interview make me very disappointed and unrepresented Individual like Beleri with very dark passed accused of terrorism and anti albanian rhetoric should never have been allowed to run for mayor of Himare,

Greece (my country), is a small country, and it was attacked multiple times in the past by much stronger enemies. So we are insecure in our relationships with other nations. It is natural in my opinion. But this has led to a number of insecure Greeks, becoming hostile towards the smaller nations around us. Albanians are just like us. A small nation, determined to be recognized as an independent nation. Greeks and Albanians are the same people essentially. Both here since forever. When borders came into the picture, Epirus became a problem. Albanians who considered themselves Albanians were trapped inside the Greek part of Epirus, and vice versa. And Nationalists in both Albania and Greece are thriving on this and spread hate. But anyone who reads history properly and without predetermined positions, will see that Greece and Albania are brothers who fight over small things regularly. Now, imagine a third person entering the picture, trying to hurt one of the two brothers.
Want to talk about human rights? Perfect! Let's talk about the ethnic cleansing you have done with the population of Camëria. Su don't be shy, I have yet to hear an official apology and have yet to see the return of their homes or financial compensation for being driven off their land.
