I've started falling in love with Taeyeon as well lol. As a huge Jonghyun fan he was always praising her singing I'm not sire why I didn't pay attention sooner but man, she really knows how to touch your heart with her vocals

ive always said this. if i could only listen to one person sing for the rest of my life. that would be taeyeon. noone gives me the feels like she does. she puts literally everything into it when she sings. her voice is just perfect for me. and shes stunning to boot.

No doubt that IU is one of Kpop's best vocalists, but her songs always leave me feeling empty.

I'm not fan of SNSD or Her before.. but i'm acknowledge when comes to vocal she's just another level.. IU maybe the most successful female soloist right now,but honestly IU never got to TaeYeon level when comes to vocals..

IU's voice is incredible & she's a great artist, but Taeyeon's voice is on another level, it's so strong & powerful
I'm both a Uaena and Sone but I must agree that when it comes to vocal technique and power Taeyeon is indeed a tier above IU but I must say both delivers emotionally connected performances considering their differences in technique and power. BUT BOTH HAS A REALLY insane control over their vocal instruments.
@@lienelleiro5702 the other severely lacks power and skill. Listen to iu cover taeyeon songs and you'll hear iu's lack of skill her cover performance of all about you was just yikes. She sounded like she needed oxygen lmao.
@@whatno.6007 maybe its a personal preference? yes it's true IU covered some of taeyeon's songs during her rookie days and surely it wasn't perfect. however, for me up to this day, she (IU) has already improved in terms of her control over her voice but yes, taeyeon is still greatly above her, but i just like the way both artists deliver their performances. nevertheless, there is no need to drag one artist down just to give emphasis or credits to another. both have their own style, technique, and persona that they must live up within the industry. I'll just repeat it is a personal preference that I like both artists and their skills. :)

i always say this, but live taeyeon >>>> studio.. her emotional delivery is so top tier, and to me that is the kind of thing that is even more appealing than vocal technique by itself, luckly taeyeon has both lol Also you'll realize there's a big difference from taeyeon in her own concert vs. Taeyeon in music show/festivals, she's 100% more outgoing and relaxed when she's among her fans which i think it's cute!

i agree with you man. Taeyeon and IU are indeed unbeatable performer talents. Ailee also is one of them but she rarely making a comeback. I wish you could add Ailee also so it would be your Top3 vocalist.

Yeah Ailee is heavily regarded as the best vocalist indeed. I won't say she has better technique than Taeyeon, but she's a powerful singer that makes singing high notes effortless. Not too much a fan of her vocal tone though compared to the other two.
@@xKayNee Ailee is the best in technique but her vocal tone isn’t as “pretty” and “marketable” as Taeyeon and yes even IU.
