during ticketing, they have vip ticket options which come with the send off!

@@willow3411 Hi! Yes I did some research and you can only do send offs with VIP 1 tickets. The ones I got are VIP 2 and it does not include it. So yea, that sucks, but at least we got tickets to concerts! Thank you for responding btw :)
