  • Fitting the gear diff will eliminate the rear diff stripping its teeth, only the rear has been changed.
    Fingers crossed we can now start to push it harder on track. This car handles great and im looking forward to getting back out in track soon.

    I hope that solves the problem and you can get some racing in with it! I know it has had to be frustrating to keep getting sidelined but the diff stripping! Have fun with it!

    We find mezzo’s to be good on grass in Sheffield. Certainly ballistics and mini spike are also good

    • @lo2713
      @lo2713  Před 5 měsíci +1

      Yeah, they loose a little side bite. But, sometimes if minispikes are giving griproll the mezzo’s can sort that right out 👍

      @@lo2713 another new tires find for 2WD is that fusion slims seems to be working really well on grass for some of our top racers. I’ll be giving them a go in the next few weeks

      @@chowettgoes yeah, i tried them and they work. But can clog up if its damp, i live in the lakes where its often damp 😂

    Did you keep the ball diff in the front dude? Same just happened to me rear diff stripped! Pain in the bottom.

    • @lo2713
      @lo2713  Před 3 měsíci

      Yeah, didnt want to buy two diffs, and the fronts driven by the belt so no danger of stripping it. And you can use the rear diff upfront aswell. There the same, so saves you having to stip it, just pop it in the front and away you go 👍

      Just fitted gear diff let's hope that works dude.Takes a while to work on the mid I find should I have got a dog fighter re re? Don't know. Have 10.5 turn v3 rocket in the mid don't think I would go any higher.

      @@jamesclarke3899 10.5 is fine for racing, unless you can handle the power. If you have adjustable boost and turbo it can be used to gain on tracks where needed 👍
