I finally bought this machine yesterday after watching many videos on aYou Tube. I am so excited as it is a free arm machine. This is the first serger/ coverstitch machine I have seen since my old Viking 936 to have a free arm,which was a wonderful machine but so complicated to thread.

Hi Margaret! I used my L890 today for the first time. I was going along nicely for about an hour and then my screen froze. I have turned it on and off numerous times to no avail. I cleaned the interior with the brush and mini vacuum attachment. Nothing is working. Do you have any advice? It’s stuck on stitch #6, which is what I was using today and I did add it to my folder favorites. I enjoy your tutorials because you speak clearly and slow enough that I can comprehend the lesson.

I would like to learn more about decorative stitches especially using different colors of thread and heavier threads. This is an amazing machine! Also making a sweatshirt or simple jacket. I enjoyed seeing the fabric you carry, but I am not sure where you are located.
