As a Brit who speaks a little Polish “Stare Miasto” literally translates as ‘old town’ so the name of the hotel was ‘Old Town Hotel’ You will also find that most cities in Poland will have a stare miasto district in the city centre and these are generally the tourist hot spots. @@travelwithrae yeah definitely and a lot if European cities have amazing (so much better than the UK) public transport links at very affordable prices. This makes it so much easier hopping around the city and can see/do so much more so effectively and efficiently.
