The Disney world fireworks at magic kingdom were the best I ever saw. They combine it with a light show on the castle with music and a tinker bell flying (zip lining) from the castle.
i recently learned they use air cannons and microchips in the firework to perfectly time the show, pretty interesting

Fireworks are something else. You go to some cold water front, late at night, and you wait there likely freezing, merely to see some lights in the air for like 5 to 10 minutes? If it's the summer, you at least don't freeze, but you'll still ask yourself after those 5 to 10 minutes if it was even worth getting out of the house.
Meanwhile you know there's countless poor smucks that lost a finger or worse because of a homemade worse version of the same stuff. Pretty high level of crazy / stupid going on here if you ask me.

People do put good books in those libraries. But whenever a bad book is donated, it will stay for longer since nobody picks it up. So the bad books build up over time, while the good ones circulate just as intended. A bit strange to spend so much time analyzing the inventories of those libraries, come to a completely backwards conclusion and then get annoyed.
