The musical cues are the best in this episode!! “It can’t last” from TLOU2 in the garden, Vanishing Grace (Childhood) at the last super. Frank made Bill’s fortress a beautiful home all thanks to Frank’s nurturing qualities.
One quote that i thought was very fitting is. Bill knew how to survive, but Frank knew how to live.
So reading & hearing complaints about this episode by 'those' people i find upsetting cause these people are missing the entire point. This was just beautiful storytelling at its finest & if they can't appreciate that, than i don't know what to say.
As a gamer I was looking forward to Bill interacting with Bellas' Ellie. Joel getting caught in his traps. Tha show changing up the high school Bloater scene...etc.
I never wanted a direct copy, but I wonder how non gamers felt this story was relevant to the over all story? Apart from Bill finding someone to live for, and protect, mirroring Joel & Ellie.
Yeah, I like the story, but I wish they’d made them new characters instead of having this be Bill. I liked Bill’s story in the game and I’m disappointed that we won’t see it
Where did they show that he put the med in his drink as well?

So how many months after they died did they come to their home? I am saying this because the plants inside the house were all green. Was someone watering them LOL.
Rain does exist in that world. Plants existed and grew way before we started to actively water them...
if you remember from the end of the 1st episode ,the radio in joels apartment in boston comes on playing 80s music after he ,tess and ellie leave. joel mentions in episode 3 when ellie asks about the 80s music playing on bills radio in the bunker that it was on a 2 week playlist so if it didnt reset meant that bill and frank needed help/were in trouble. so they were dead almost 2 weeks when the radio started playing in joels apt. so take the timeline from ep2 to ep3 when joel and ellie arrive at bill and franks house 20 miles away . id guess that bill and frank had been dead at least 3 weeks judging from the spoiled food,dust and the dead flowers outside. i didnt notice flowers on the inside.

i bet series gonna be good but to replicate tlou 1 and make it better than the video game can be impossible maybe theyll do a better job than what they did in tlou 2
at a buffet, i personally sneak corndogs into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. it then, is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corndogs thinking they were part of the buffet.
