Well that was a waste of $500 for some CZcams views. I doubt you can get it back together in working order. I wonder if they'll honor the warranty...lol.

many things can be considered a waste of money/time for youtube views, however I wouldn't consider helping the right to repair movement being one of them.
well i'd be willing to send the channel $10 towards that amount. it was really worth seeing what it looks like inside to me, though i would prefer more high res microscope video of the parts so that model numbers can be seen. this video is a great resource to the repair community. im looking at installing more fans and a bigger heatsink on my quest 3 so it can be overclocked.

Tell me, if you disconnect the battery, will it just work from Type-C?
