Overall, cleaning my PC with the XPower A2-S cyber duster was a much more convenient and satisfying experience than with cleaning with compressed air. I find cans of compressed air to be quite annoying to use because you need to hold the can straight in order to prevent its dangerous liquid from being expelled on your delicate components. The whole operation felt risky, not to mention that the can would get extremely cold, causing me to wait for it to warm up and preventing me from cleaning my PC in a fast and efficient manner. The Xpower cyber duster is a worthy buy it for life investment thanks to how durable and reliable it is. With the Xpower duster, not only you are getting an equally, if not not more powerful and reliable air blower, you are stopping unnecessary waste of disposable compressed air cans that go into a landfill, and who knows, maybe this duster can be handed down to the next generation or shared with friends to further prevent waste and create a more sustainable future.

Thank you for this concise breakdown and explaining things in a way that someone whose never used one of these could understand.
Just saved a high end PC from someone who neglected it over a period of 8 months…it’s caked in thick dust and you’re right. Amazon is ridiculous with the amount of ‘crap’ they have on there. I know this video is a year old but that you for the information and before/afters. The PC will be happy I seen your video!
I had a similar issue. I bought a rechargeable water sprayer to use to mist my reptile enclosures, and I've moved back to spraying with a generic bottle because its just a hassle to charge the battery when it needs it, especially when it dies in the middle of the job. Corded would give more power, last longer, and is a better price. Thanks for this video.
Thank you, I'm glad I found you before purchasing a cordless. I have a PC, laptop, Cricut, sewing machine, and a serger machine. So I am in need of a good blower. Especially my sewing machine. I have to remove from it's housing to clean, because like you said the compressed air cans have to be upright. Now, it will be easier. So happy I found you channel.
You a real one for this. Bought it immediately after this video compulsively and do not regret the purchase. Subbed.
I have exactly same problem then you in my computer room. This is the best video regarding air duster, I spent lot and lot of money on compress air can. Thank you very very much
Underrated channel, that was some great information I wouldn't have known otherwise! Now I know what to look for when I use up my last canned air duster.
Thank you!
@@JSyntax The moment you said you live in a house with lots of pets, I felt you must be an honest reviewer. =)
@@skwalka6372 Or one of them there pet fuckers! I been hearing more and more about them round these parts and its starting to burn my damn beans!😤
Thank you for sharing this was not only a money saver but provided safety tips. 👍
Thank God I search youtube before my purchase, gonna pick one of these, thanks!
honestly one of the best review videos i have ever witnessed. quality work man
thank you
This is a nobrainer buy. Thanks for the thorough review!
I recently saw your video and because of that, I ordered myself one. Thank you for this helpful review of such an amazing product !
Glad it was helpful!
You forgot the "this video was sponsored by xduster" part

I wish!
I was about to write this before I saw your comment. hahahaha. funny. The way he speaks/reads his spill. Crazy. Definitely made me NOT choose this product.
Completely understood when you said that corded was the way to go. Rechargeable lithium ion batteries are convenient but suck in the long run once their charge cycle comes to an end.
Indeed!
I googled the live cycle and found "2 to 3 years or 300 to 500 charge cycles" so if you just use it to clean your computer every other month of so then it should last almost 50 years?
Edit nvm seems to be whichever comes first. So then yeah guess it wouldn't last past 3 years either way.
Thanks for the thorough review. I will pick one of these up for myself.
Thank you man! Honestly one of the best reviews that I've seen in this crowded space. A lot of times I strip affiliate links when visiting from shady reviewers but left yours on and bought this using your link after the first couple minutes. Thanks again!
Just got it recently, it’s very powerful, and I mean that. It’s very loud, doesn’t bother me much though as it’s not like I have it on 24/7 😅
yea bro that thing is so strong I got me one too
Yeah I never understood why the noise level was ever a complaint. You'll probably use/hear it less that 0.001% of your life span 😂

I bought one years ago(different brand) when I was mining and still use it after I quit mining. Honestly one of the best little things I have ever bought.
Thank you for your great review.
CZcams is full of sponsored, overly positive reviews that are clearly B.S but your review was clear, concise and gave me all the points needed make an informed decision.
Keep up the good work man, I appreciate it!
Thank you 😀
amazing review. simple but very effective editing with great visuals, another criminally underrated review-channel. You've saved me from wasting my money on a cheap cordless duster.
Thank you so much
This looks like a very good fan for the task. I have a compressor that I use, but it's pack away in storage room, and it's annoying and big to get out every time, so I will get this blower and try it out. Good video 👍
Very high-quality review, m8!
Clear, high-resolution video, camera angles, the editing. A lot of heart and soul has been put into this vid. Well done 👍
Ty.. I Can't believe it was filmed with sony zv1
@@JSyntax hey there, the black filter you took out from the bottom, did you also buy that separate or did it come with your case? If you brought separately can you please include the link to buy it ☺️🙏
Definitly agree nie to see a actual real world example of this and from someone who genuinely cares about what the product does.
Hes telling you to wear safty glasses and ear plugs to use this device, this whole video is an ADD..
Great review, I'm grabbing this today!
Woot!
This looks really good. I have an old Dell desktop that I have been using for 11 years and it still is working ok. I have replaced some case fans, the power supply, and HDD. I clean the dust out of it once or twice per year. This blower looks really good. A must have for a PC tech shop. I gave up on canned air for the reasons you've stated. I have a small vacuum with an exhaust hose and nozzle that works well for me. I also use a small, soft paint brush to loosen heatsink dust. Thank you for this video.
Dude this was what I was looking for! Thanks!
Glad I could help!
Thanks for the video. I decided to search YT to see if anyone else bought this and put out any videos. It's nice to see it in action and that it's looking like I made a good call. You're absolutely right about the field being flooded with junk. I was kinda scared that this might not live up to the hype from the Amazon page. Anyone else out there looking to buy a duster, be careful and do your research. You not only don't want to waste your money on a piece of junk but you rally don't want to buy something that will harm your PC.
Anyway, nice video.
Than you! I hope you like it. I love it!
thanks man, just ordered one based on your review !
how awesome
just ordered one... thanks for the review !
I still love mine, so dependable.. You'll love it for its build quality
Thanks man, you changed my mind from a cordless to this one
Excellent!
Nice just picked one up, thanks for this video!
Right on! Let me know how it goes!
@@JSyntax It was amazing, so much better than canned air. Definitely worth the price!
Been looking for this exact tool.. Thank you

This should be the hall of fame of Video How To's or Product Review. Great worl
wow that is big
Thanks looking forward to getting this XPower A2-S cyber duster. Hopefully it will last me a long time.
I like about your channel that there is no music i can focus so much better on your content I LOVE IT
Like yours, I live in a house where dust simply piles up easily. My recently bought PC (2 months ago) is already showing signs of dust accumulation. For this reason this video was ALL I needed to know about it. Looks like I'll be buying those fine dust filters for the intakes and that dust blower.
Thanks!
Yes it was a game changer for maintenance
Butt the REAL question here is!!??...
Your WHO bought PC??? 😗
Great review. Thanks
Thank you, very informative video and for providing the links.
my pleasure!
I bought a wireless portable one hoping it will last. I've yet to use it, but agree anyway that a corded electrical model like this will be better overall as long as you can find an outlet.
Thanks for the video bud. Just ordered mine.
Woot, let me know how it goes
wow thanks for this video seriously I was 2 hours deep into this rabbit hole thinking what’s the best way without spending a lot of money, $55 for this ain’t bad at all, for 15 years I used my dads air compressor in his garage to dust out my pc but I built a new one this year so I was so paranoid about water blowing out from it somehow…it’s like a motor air compressor from the 80s and I really wasn’t sure how the water trap system worked on it so $55 to be safe for $900 pc worth it lol
Great review
I was actually looking for kind of a top 10 comparison, but the top 6 CZcams search results are all just collections of marketing footage with cheap voice over, with no real comparison or critique of the products. So, yours is the first review that actually discusses the issues involved. What I'd really like to see is something like the reviews at Project Farm, but that's expensive, so I'm not going to hold you to that standard. Since you mention wearing ear protection, I expect that it matters how loud these things are. Project Farm would surely use a sound meter to gauge that. Project Farm would also have measured air speed at the nozzle. Again, all of that is a lot of work, so I'm not hold you to that standard. But, I'm definitely going to upvote you for being better than the top 6 CZcams results. Oh, and good job on the links, very thorough. And, thanks for the tip on the filters; I've not seen those before.
P.S. I'm also going to look to see if there are any that use decent, replaceable lithium ion batteries. Wish me luck on that.
Yes, for Max Power (Hello Homer!) corded is always the way to go but sometimes you just can’t have the cord… try the Kica Jetfan 2. It’s really not that bad, expensive but not that bad (compared to your 3/4 HP blower).
After a year of owning the duster? How does it hold up?
Also does it get very hot after a minute of usage?
Just used the one I got on the account of your review, would definitely recommend. I used the high power on my Series X, good amount came out, fans aren't running as hard now.
Good choice!
Do you know where i can get this from europe? as on amazon it isn't available anymore and the first link is for canada only
5:07 Vacuum - Company called Metro Vacs makes all kinds of vacuums here in the USA ! They make specialized ones for cleaning computers . Auto detailers use them also for that purpose . And their blowers to dry engine compartments after washing . They also make them in 220 voltage !
Anyone knows if it will work on 220V outlet? I'm getting the impression of 110V only from the amazon product details.
Sold! Thank you and sub’d 👍
Ty!
Thanks for this review.
I kind of had a second thought to buy this based on the websites $100 valuation, however I looked on ebay and they're going for $50. That could be the price change from cad to usd, but even then it'd still be $70 usd if it were converted from 100 cad. so definitely cheaper on ebay and now i'm definitely buying it.
Glad it was helpful!
I have a important question. Is the A-2 s the same as a-2 or is it better? For me the a-2 s costs 20 more on amazon and takes longer to ship so it would be nice to know since it also has less attachments.
I really need to clean my pc! I have it now since over 2 years and i haven’t cleaned it since then. My pc components are really expensive and I’m so scared to break them since when I tried to use the canned air there was always white stuff coming out on my keyboard and I didn’t want that on my gpu or cpu. So this is my last hope since my pc is louder than a G6y 😅
Hi can I use the "total aspirator blower 400w" to clean my PC?
How many nozzles are there in this product, i need a small nozzle for my graphic card narrow space.
I’m not seeing the link for the GPU mining. That could be a me problem not a Yiu problem but I think I’ve looked everywhere I can look haha. But I’m super curious about it. I just got a new setup with the rtx geforce 3060 and 8 core cpu with 32gb ram but I’m not sure what to do with all the options and all the info online it just makes it hard to pull the trigger on any one thing.
Those super fine filters work but they cut down airflow. Get some 1/4 inch A/C foam pre-filter. Cut it to fit the front of your case and it's a done deal. When you clean it rinse it out and hang it to dry. The piece of filter I bought was big enough to cut 3 filters from. I chose the thicker stuff because I didn't want to take the chance of it getting sucked into a fan. It's just easier, and lets more air through. It does dim down the LED fans in the front a little but I don't care about them. I like them better dimmed to be honest.
5 years ago, I bought this, Green Slime color. Doing my PC again this evening. I am trying to find, or might build, a VENTURI attachment for it: I could hook that up and for other items, It would blow soapy water/air on the item. I tried to get the grunge off a monster 18" window fan. Only 75% improvement. BTW, mine came with about ten attachments, from Amazon 5 years ago.
7:07 how fast did that blower build up with that much debris in the filter?
Thanks just got it and it is amazing.Relly nice peace with alot bits and it came even with nice bag it is super powerfull to really nice peace.Nice review.
Ty! Ty!
there isn't a product out there that works as well with a battery compared to a cord. hair clippers, beard trimmers, vacuum, nothing. i just ordered this thanks to you!!
Air duster are a good solution for save money and clean well the case.
Anyway as I advice usually there are some brands with really good air filter and built to be more dust proof than others. Put filter in front of fan is good but dust will come from other small holes in case. Some case have good filter as your all in the front, top and bottom of case plus back vents are closed to minimize dust to enter PC. Usually these case are more expensive.
Good video, also try a filter on the furnace register
Is there a 239volt one?
Thank you for this video! I ended up buying the A2 because the A2s isn't available :( I have to stick with just having the window open though, can't bring my PC outside :(
Hey there! Thanks for sharing your detailed review of the XPOWER A-2S Electric Air Duster. It's clear that you're really impressed with its performance and build quality. I've been thinking about getting an electric air duster for my PC as well, and your review has convinced me that the XPOWER A-2S is a great choice.
I also appreciate your tips on positive air pressure and using fine mesh fan filters. It's good to know that these measures can help keep dust out of your PC and reduce the need for frequent cleaning.
One question I have is, did you experience any issues with static electricity while using the XPOWER A-2S on your PC components? I've heard some concerns about that with electric dusters, so I'd love to hear your experience.
Overall, thanks for the informative review, and I'll definitely consider getting the XPOWER A-2S for my PC cleaning needs.
Never had issues with static, used it for my pc without issues
Seems like something ill need

What about a battery powered leaf blower ?
Like a Milwaukee M12 Cordless Compact Spot Blower (0852-20).
I looking for this!
Does it have antistatic nozzles?
Is this better than the datavac?
i get it, i just used my rechargeable leaf blower and it worked fine.
That's a little excessive no?
Can it be used to clean laptop fan and vent without opening the back panel of laptop? I mean will it do the job?
I’m a bit mixed on this idea. I wouldn’t recommend it too much, it could send dust deeper into the laptop. However, I’d maybe do it if I’m really lazy or if it’d void the warranty by opening it, most of the dust would probably be removed.
For anybody wondering you have to hold your fan down because when a fan spins up it creates electricity. It's basically just a generator. When an electric motor is spinning it is creating electricity.
It's bad for the bearings as well
Thank god someone comes along with a quality review about an electric duster that isn't a complete idiot. I clicked off about 5 different videos about electric dusters because in the first 5 seconds the collection of words "I was sent this" was said. Anyone with even a moderate amount of knowledge should know that it isn't physically possible for anything handheld battery powered to provide enough power for the air flow to be comparable to traditional air duster yet I scrolled through video after video of people making that claim.
haha damn! yeah, cordless can work for some applications
I’m sold on this. Any idea how this compares to its younger cousin, XPower A-2 Airrow Pro? I’m able to get it for 25% cheaper than the newer model A-2S.
Their site that there isn't a abig difference other than the adapter for the nozal being updated!
Heyy.
Can you please tell me, which is the - *The most powerful Air cooler for nr200p in the market, period* ?? Badly need to know. Preferably noctua
It's mugen 5
bro did an 8 minute review of an air duster to get that monetization
It was a lot of fun!
1:20 Why is the demonstration of the XPOWER being done on a brand new computer without dust or debris? . . . Can't blow dust???
How loud is it though?
Ty for the test! Nicehash is the cancer of mining.! :D
Thank you, this was a useful video when comparing the models, ended up ordering this. Related, what's the handheld vaccum you use around 4:00? I'm looking for one of those too hahah, and again, a lot of chaff.
Tineco! I made a review
@@JSyntax I've heard of that one from when I was looking, was one of the better recommended ones, thank you I'll check out your review.
How this compares to kica?
This is awesome! Thanks so much for this video.
However, I heard that air dusters generate static charge similarly to the vacuum, apparently because of the fast-moving air hitting the electrical components. Does this bear any truth? I've been wanting to get one of those for a while now, but I'm hearing mixed responses regarding this issue. Can anyone clarify?
Used it with no issues. Just hold the fans down. Don't use on your Macbook internal fans as well
"the can of compressed air got cold making me wait for it to warm up' - did you not think of using a cloth around it?
Where is this made in?
Welp you did it for me, guess I'll get this if it's still in stock
Just got one myself but the air it produced is a little bit hot. Is it safe for my electric component such as motherboard ?
Yes but make sure to hold your fanswhen blowing. Don't blow on your Macbook internal fans at higher speeds
the myth that fans spin too fast and cause motherboards to explode ist just wrong, it does not even remotely reach 12 volts when you spin it, all you do is wear out the bearings inside the fans causing it to prematurely wear down
I kept expecting dust to fly but it never happened.
Really couldn't even tell if the item was turned on.
Anytime components were shown clearly to show dust blowing off the fan, the fan was already clean.
What kind of shenanigans are you trying to pull here?
tape or hold fan blades down always. even slow spinning can backfeed power into your mb and fry things. your fans are alternators if spinning when powered off.
What are those little peg things you got under the pc to lift it up? I would love to get me those @JSyntax
amazon purchase, id add a link in the description
What about electro magnetic damage to the HDDs or other pc components while using this ?
No risk of damage
@@JSyntax how is that possible?
Is there any product out there right now that competes with the XPower A2?... High pressure air at the hand at an affordable price?
I tried a lot and honestly this is the best It Feels So premium in the hands
@@JSyntax Wonderful. Placed the order. Thank you so much!
Can i use the brushes to clean the motherboard etc?
Id avoid
If you have a dry (non lubricated) compressor is just fine. Only lubricated ones contain micro-particles of lubricant in the air flow
Good video. What is the name of your hand held vacuum?
Dreame T20
Hi, what's the brand and model name of the grey colored vacuum cleaner you used in this vid?
I forgot the name but I did review it on my channel if you search vacuum on my channel

Ya, I had a cordless and it was awful. And high pitch loud
Have you experienced any sparks with these products? I know that it says there's a chance of sparks after long use but how long is that?
No way
@@JSyntax haha yeah, I just wanted to know if any sparks ever flew out of yours?😂
@@JSyntax long use as in a single session's use. Not over time use. Just wanted to clarify.
yeah I hear you about the battery and cords but it's just not quite feasible for me.
my home is carpeted and I don't want the dust anywhere near my home.
I clean my pc outside but there's just no good way to hook up a power cord so far out.
A cordless duster fits me the best. Be nice if you make a video about which cordless one you'd recommend
I use it in my little garden and I use the outside outlet (that I use for electric lawnmower). That thing is really powerful even at low speed. This is not the cheapest, especially compared to the cordless ones but it's really powerful.
