Most of EN seem to have little interest in playing unless someone else comes up with a plan. Now there is general idea that they want to make an EN guild hall but I think it will be a while unless Fauna coordinates something. They all tend to not play much off stream or play MC more than once a week, so who knows when they will start. One thing I notice is that the JP tend to build right up next to another members project while the EN and ID will tend to give others a wider berth and incorporate more nature or greenspace.

The EN girls were mostly kind of over to the side for along time, so it feels a little lonely to have them a bit separated from the JP girls. When everyone is building right next to each other it gives a lot more chance to interact!
I don't think any of the EN girls would mind sharing land, especially since the EN guild hall probably won't be that large however, it is far funnier to imagine a massive war breaking out between one rabbit and an entire branch of Hololive

The only thing that's really all that worth worrying about in these situations is if there's existing underground work that might get exposed during leveling. I mean, sure, it would also be bad to build through an area that's obviously ACTIVELY under construction (for example: if somebody were to start a build at the unfinished portion of Kronii's castle wall), but I don't think anybody is THAT inconsiderate. As far as the "STOP!" area, I don't really think any of them would care. They mostly picked that spot BECAUSE it was out of the way. Again, if they had actually starting the building, that would be a different story.
Pekora should just built there, EN play Minecraft rarely (except Fauna) and the guild hall will never even be built. The chance of that group logging in together again is zero. I miss when EN used to play all the time back in the day :(

Which is not only more than Pekora, but also contending with the new Zelda and the fact that EN in particular is so swamped right now that they're streaming less in general.
