I love your content, but there are a few points that hurt my soul as a hobby detailer
Before doing any clay bar, do a deep clean. 2 bucket method, proper good quality microfiber washmitt for top parts and a second one for the lower dirtier part.
After drying the bike, You can use a 1:20 car shampoo/water ratio to spray(i can recommend the basic sonax shampoo) as a clay lubcricant. Proceed as stated with claying the bike, but since clay is an abrasive method to remove paint contaminants you will always have micro scratches afterwards.
Dont use a microfiber towel to apply wax. Use small 80-60mm soft polishing pads that are used to polish cars. Less is more. A lot of waxes need just a thin layer. Let it "dry" for 5 minutes and then take off the smeary leftovers with a microfiber towel.

Yep. That’s how I wash my plane (AA5B). The prop lifts cowshit off the grass runways and spreads it in a beautiful rainbow pattern underneath and onto the tail plane. Bug gunk builds up on the leading edge of the wings. A ‘quick’ wash and polish is 4 hours. 6 for a deep clean. Prick of a job but the rewards are there...is what I keep telling myself!

@@glennllewellyn7369 i just imagined all the bug guts on the plane, but never thought about cow shit
But i would love to deep clean an airplane. A lot of work but prbly satisfying to see the before/after
A regular wash takes 3 hrs eith most cars, 4-5 when they are really dirty and 6-8 for a deep clean

"I can swiftly pass the blame on to the previous owner."
If it was dirty when you bought it, the dirty is yours, now. You own it.
Technology from the track. Slippery means less resistance, faster times.
Now it gets our own bikes clean and doesn't even mention improved mileage.
And the item to make the paint slippery, the spray, is now not just soap, its also hydrophobic.
So water beads up and runs off. Once you made it slick as hell.
Amazing. I knew they were doing these things at the track, but I was unaware of this data on
normal bikes and normal roads. Its so good, even normal riders get a significant boost for the technology.
Measurably better gas mileage. Better handling in high or gusting winds. Better stability in the same winds.
Because of some clay trick used by painters, but was adapted to the track. Wow.

Good video though I would like to add:
After using the clay bar as per the instructions on the pack, apply polish (following the product instructions). Polish lifts a microscopic layer of the clear coat so don't polish too often...
Finally apply the layer of wax as per the instructions on the tin as this helps to protect the paint therefore less polishing required...
Though, if feeling lazy, you can buy wax polishes which are two in one.
