Unfortunately I got to know him only 3 years ago. Since then I've watched his shows and each day I find a different one. I hear him singing every day. And what is very interesting is the fact that he looks different at every period of his life. But always handsome and with a great voice.

Love this! Saw him at MGM Grand, Las Vegas in 1978. Thought this might be the same show I saw but it isn't! What a magical voice Engelbert has! I've loved him since I was about 10 years old!
Cynthia Gilmore-Ulrich....you missed this concert by a year, which is a shame. However, it's not a shame you saw him at such an exciting venue the year before. I vividly remember this show was recorded for Showtime. At the time, I couldn't get enough of this extremely entertaining show, nor Engelbert's music since he came on the music scene in 1967. I've seen Engelbert 6 times in my life, and with each concert came a new kind of excitement due to knowing the magnitude of Engelbert's talent. What a glorious voice and showman!

Jan 2021, at 84 he is still going strong. In 2020 due to pandemic,he did a virtual concert in July from his home in CA,did new live recordings and had a fantastic virtual Christmas special !

Definitely Enge has been touched by God. I know it’s been hard for him at times but he hung in there and now we have a treasure. I can only hope that future generations will try to listen to Enge’s songs and appreciate them. 8/9/19

Gorgeous song! I’ve loved Enge since 1967! He recorded Please Release Me and I was fortunate to see him then in concert! How ironic that I was again fortunate to see this wonderful singer again on Oct 3 2121! Enge is one year older than me and we were born in the same month of May..he is still as wonderful as he was when he started his career..Enge has been so very sad things this year.,especially the loss of his gorgeous wife Patricia🥲🥲 so sorry for him..she was a wonderful woman and wonderful wife❤️❤️🥲🥲💜💜
What can I say,... PERFECT. Always handsome, but here he is off his own charts. His 40's were so good to him, took on different hair color, facial hair, hairstyles. Looked fantastic nomatter what. Voice still so strong and clear, was always a considerate performer. Had a flair with comedy. How he loved singing to people, fans. If you view his black and white very early singing of "Ten Guitars", you'll see a very nervous, shy man. Compared to this show, he has come a long way. 4/ever loved. 💘

I was in Vegas twice when I was 21 back in 1978. Well I was in an elevator I think ceaser s palace and the door opens in walks telly savals with his curly haired brother George and I think Telly's daughter a young girl about 14 or so. I tell you I would not have even known it was telly till I saw his brother. I expected a huge man but telly was smaller then me. But I did relise who he was so I just nodded and smiled at him leaving him alone . It was really funny

Enge is ageless. Do you realize he will be 80 'years young in May 2016. He still sounds just as he always have and the energy to go with it. Please if anyone has tickets to the Kansas City show and may not use them and know where I can find two. I am the same age as Engelbert and so my time slipping away of getting to see their man I have been a fan for fifty year and due to differs tragedies I have never been able to see this wider full entertainer. What can I say,... PERFECT. Always handsome, but here he is off his own charts. His 40's were so good to him, took on different hair color, facial hair, hairstyles. Looked fantastic nomatter what. Voice still so strong and clear, was always a considerate performer. Had a flair with comedy. How he loved singing to people, fans. If you view his black and white very early singing of "Ten Guitars", you'll see a very nervous, shy man. Compared to this show, he has come a long way. 4/ever loved. 💘

I was in Vegas twice when I was 21 back in 1978. Well I was in an elevator I think ceaser s palace and the door opens in walks telly savals with his curly haired brother George and I think Telly's daughter a young girl about 14 or so. I tell you I would not have even known it was telly till I saw his brother. I expected a huge man but telly was smaller then me. But I did relise who he was so I just nodded and smiled at him leaving him alone . It was really funny

Enge is ageless. Do you realize he will be 80 'years young in May 2016. He still sounds just as he always have and the energy to go with it. Please if anyone has tickets to the Kansas City show and may not use them and know where I can find two. I am the same age as Engelbert and so my time slipping away of getting to see their man I have been a fan for fifty year and due to differs tragedies I have never been able to see this wider full entertainer.
