"Love the Beast" is such a great film. Anyone who was a car person growing up will definitely relate.
Ask Bana if he’s doing another doc/show on his beast, just touring Aus in it or something, that would be good Netflix.
I'm no Eric Banner, but I've been thinking about this, visiting other car enthusiasts in Australia and just talking about their Beast :-)

Just saw in Interview with Clarkson from 2013, where Bana asked him, if he should rebuild his Car. Clarkson asked, if he would drop his wife, if she has a cold. Bana said: no? Glad he rebuild it, thumps up. :D

This doc came onto TV back when I was working an afternoon shift. Like any good documentary, it pulls you into the story. On this particular day, just when Clarkson says the car has to be fixed, I had to turn off the telly and go to work! This was years ago and I couldn't find out how it ended because I kept researching "Christian Bale's racecar Doc" 🤣 Apologies to Eric Bana! So now, I'm happy to find out the Beast lives on!

Hopefully The Beast will make it to Midura for the Falcon Hardtop AnniverNovember. Maybe the boys should take it back to Tassie & go for a cruise. Maybe catch up with the Tassie Coupe Crew. Or since its in Victoria maybe the boys could do a trip to the Mad Max ( the OG & best) locations doco ? I do Love the Beast. And I own a signed Love the Beast skateboard. And the LTD Edition tin box LTD dvd.

I liked it when Dr Phil gave him the Falcons point of view after its big smash ? sorry cannot remember when it was, I really liked it as most good petrol heads will think of their vehicle as a being in its own right... stunning car and a colourful history , nice work guys !

Darryls car is still going & registered. They live just up road from my sister who also ownes a XB Hardtop. They have a Falcon Hardtop Crew in Tassie & do plenty of carshows.

When it was in race trim it was 600, after it was rebuilt he had the motor built as a street car, not a highly strung race motor
