- Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath trained guns at the Congress party while interacting with ANI and called it a directionless and leaderless party. Expanding his directionless remark, he said that the adverse effect of directionlessness is that several leaders of the Congress Party continuously make efforts to curse, insult the civilization and culture of India, and defame Sanatana in every way. He further recalled the incident where the then Home Minister during the UPA regime Sushil Kumar Shinde used the term ‘saffron terrorism’ and called it as an insult to the Sanatan Dharma.
“Congress, which is the oldest political party of the country, unfortunately after independence, it became directionless and today it has also become leaderless. The adverse effect of directionlessness is that several leaders of the Congress Party continuously made efforts to curse, insult the civilization and culture of India and defame Sanatana in every way. The same unfortunate situation was seen during the UPA government when a senior Congress leader and the then Union Home Minister tried to insult the culture of India in the name of saffron terrorism and also made an attempt to defame it in front of the world...Today, under the leadership of PM Modi, India's civilization and culture are gaining respect in the world. India's pride has been restored”, said Yogi Adityanath.

People who have lived in the 90s can understand how Indians were living in fear. Violence, bomb blasts, terrorism, naxalism, and corruption were common and many of us did not have any hope. People were scared to use public transport. Crime was part of our everyday life. Government officials would openly ask for bribes. The infrastructure was terrible. Highways with potholes and train accidents were common. That's why many people, including me, left India. It feels good that India has changed a lot since 2014. I visited India in 2023 after a long 9 years and could not believe the level of change I saw. It feels really good and I feel proud to be an Indian and no more ashamed of my identity.

According to 2019 LS Election BJP got 37% of votes. That clearly means majority of the Hindus do not vote for BJP. This time BJP's vote percentage may be reduced to about 30%. Actually, BJP is issueless. On the other hand, Opposition raised issues on Unemployment, MSP, Caste Census i.e. 'जितनी आवादी उतनी ही हिस्सेदारी', BJP's brain-child Electoral Bond Scam, etc. Till now BJP is busy with the fault finding of Congress Manifesto (twisting the content) and failed to present their programme for another 5 years.

If you are so intelligent and focused on manifesto, why don't you comment why Congress is lying everyday that BJP will change constitution. It is no where mentioned in BJP's manifesto. BJP is not issueless, they have development to show but congress know that very well we can't fight on these things so they started giving unusual analogies and BJP had to stoop to the level of Congress and indi opposition to answer them.
