@@Astronamia1 we were actually trying to recover an xbox account, so all the info got moved to a new one and from there we logged in the roblox account and reset the password

Pretty much I am being told they can't authenticate my account, in a form response, without asking any information from me. I'm thinking accounts that were created on the Xbox platform are a different animal and can't ever be used without Xbox authentication. Thanks. You have spent more time helping me in this moment than their customer service in over a week of trying.

What proof do you need to make them give your account back cuz i gave them proof of me playing on the roblox account like maybe 4 yrs ago and they didnt say any of this idk what to do.
When they sent me the email after I gave them the info they said it was valid but they didn't give me any specific directions on how to get back into my account because they didn't even update the info to the account.
in the process of getting the account i had on my xbox back onto pc, i remember the password i was supposed to change it to in 2017 yet it was likely a typo ill edit when i get it back
