Can you cut the LED's to make them half as long?
Yes, LED stripe has scissor markings that allow you to shorten the length if needed.

How would I wire for the switch inside the car? These lights look awesome. I have a 2019 Bullitt and would also love to add to grille and air box.

Can you please say what fuse you used? This is the issue every install video says “find a fuse” when that’s the reason I’m watching these
We recommend a 10amp switched fuse, so some examples are a dome light, foot well, or courtesy light.

I bought a light strip for my grill but it only came with the cigarette adapter, what do I need to power it through the fuse box?

im 4 years late. but it doesnt matter. you cut the adapter off and throw a fuse tap on it and itll work the same was as this.

Hide those wires. You can pick way better ground locations.

Which fuse did you tap into?

Not sure if you found your answer but tap into a fuse that shuts off when your car shuts off. Like the radio. Look in your owners manual to see what amp fuse that is
I don’t know if you guys found the fuse but i did some research and I’m pretty sure it’s either fuse #33 or #34 on a 2015-2017 Mustang GT. If you guys know for sure just let me know. Thank you
