    Appears to be a $10M home constructed in a $1M neighborhood. Great design and attention to detail.

      The price of land in Hawaii is very expensive and constantly increasing, material cost as well. This is the first of 10 custom homes in this gated area of Poipu.

      Insurance is always recommended however if this home was severely damage by any natural disaster it would also destroy most of Kauai if not all of Hawaii with it. Hopefully Hawaii can avoid that for as long as possible!
