  • Alright, let's start it up! Welcome to an exhilarating gameplay commentary video of Deceive Inc, featuring the detective, Cavaliere! Join me as we dive into the thrilling world of espionage and deception in this action-packed multiplayer game.

    Hired by Deceive Inc to steal the package, Cavaliere must grab keycards and field upgrades to complete the mission.
    For this mission we've chosen the following loadout:
    Cavaliere's Weapon 1: Dragoons | BS 14, HS 18 | Mag Size 12 | Reload Speed 1.55s | Rate of Fire 4.5shots/s | Damage falloff: 15m-25m(50%).
    Cavaliere's Expertise 3: Redemption | Stance | CD 35s | Analyze KO'd Rivals, knocked down NPCs, Holo-Crumbs or the Package Ping. Trace the Rival responsible for 15 seconds.
    Cavaliere's Passive 3: Baleful Blow | On landing a charged melee, apply Slowed (30%) for 4s.
    Along with the following Gadgets:
    Tripwire: Place down a tripwire beacon which connects to all other tripwire beacons within 8m. When an enemy walks through the tripwire they lose their cover and are traced for 5s. Cooldown: 30s on destroy or 0s on pickup. Tripwires share a cooldown, where if one tripwire is recharging and another one is destroyed, they both need another 30s to recharge.
    Bounce Mat: Places a bounce pad that can bounce you and others upwards. Auto deflates after 1.3s. Cannot be reinflated after deflation for 1s. Cooldown: 60s on destroy or 0s if picked back up.

    Hey 1st, thanks for taking my suggestion. I know redemption isn’t optimal, but I enjoy playing with it, and sometimes it gets stale playing cav normally.

    Also the Squire that ate that hotdog that never actually got eaten was me because my ping was very high lol. I was embarrassed so I didn't say anything a couple videos back when it happened during your Larcin game. 😅 2:50 Update: OMG NEVERMIND THERE'S 2 HOTDOGS THERE

    14:47 & 15:10 - they've made a lot of progress with the AI esp on such a new game, even the wiggle-walking is very convincing sometimes

    I made time to play during the double EXP weekend and I ran E3 the whole time; barely got any use out of it. Much like you by the time I caught up to the holocrumb it disappears. I can also tell you E3 isn't very helpful when the package holder is going full sprint; if they have a huge lead you're not catching a ping until they're ready for you. Although I think a few of the ones I caught up to were surprised they are suddenly traced, I think they wanted to ambush me but E3 countered it so it became a straight gunfight.
    You had a prime opportunity to use E3 on the Cav, but you handled it anyway.

      I was prioritizing leaving the smoke area to lose the trace at which point I could use package vision as an advantage rather than a equalizer

    Coulda used redemption in game 2 with the cav’s trail but it didn’t matter all things considered 😅

    7:51 I think what happened with the tripwires here was that there was a bit of a lip to the doorway and they just didn't connect :/
    Honestly I think it would be interesting if tripwires could just go through any wall, it would allow for some pretty interesting setups but I could also see that being a bit annoying or overpowered if you can't see the tripwire nodes and get rid of them or have a door way completely sealed off by putting it a floor above

      Ya I set them up really fast, probably missed. I wish they were a bit better around doors, but most walls should be respected I think

    haven't kept up with this game for a long time, why run the food perk on your gray?

      Depending on how long it has been, they made more food spawns and added more guaranteed food spots, so the chip became more valuable. I used to use Expertise cooldown in that slot but realized I usually want that on Gold or can live without it entirely. Just a preference thing

      Nope! But with E1 the hack trap can tell you which doors to investigate

    Heyy,
    I am new to the game, but at 7 minutes en 27 seconds you could see the enemy how did you do this ?

      That is the benefit from the package, if you grab the case you can consume Intel to know the location of the other spys within 100 meters I think, but they also know your location through the pings, the bar above the intel

      I assuming you mean the red players through the walls? When you have the package/briefcase you can use your nav mode to see if there are any players within 100m (I think its more but I don't know the exact number). It spends intel very quickly but gives you the upper hand to get the first shot.

      Its 'package vision' which lets you see players through walls within range when you are holding the package, it consumes Intel though so you can't use it for very long
