How much more money is added to the agreed purchase price for the fees acquired to process the loan and what would the to be total amount that will be borrowed if I had an agreed purchase price of $545,000.00 with a seller? I’m in escrow right now and the amount to be borrowed with a VA loan seems to be excessively higher than the purchase price.

I think they'll be comporable to where that at now. High 6's low 7's maybe. Keep in mind this is a range and a guess based off what I see taking place in the economy.

Hi Jake, sure. So long as a Veteran is going to occupy the new property you can convert that home into a rental property and use the remaining benefit you have leftover (estimated at 276,200) towards the home you plan to move into. Does that answer your question?
