Zac's already very lanky but the image of him crawling towards the camera in complete darkness with his long arms stretching out is absolutely terrifying

I cannot believe this was all the same episode. It took me halfway through to realize this wasn't a compilation from the entire season
i love to think that after being so mercilessly bullied in this call, brennan hung up and wrote a crown of candy
Unfortunately, the order of shooting was A Crown of Candy, Fantasy High: Sophomore Year then Unsleeping City: Chapter 2 then this season of Adventuring party. So he actually turned around and wrote the game part of Starstruck Odyssey.

The sound "on" is simply different than "o".
(one may remember the insufferably stereotyped "honhonhon" to remind oneself how to pronounce "on".
Btw, no french people in existence has ever laughed like that, so I have no idea where this comes from.)

It means a witty remark or point. However paradoxically it's less used in french than it is in english.

My point was :
The "t" in "mot" is silent.
The "n" in "bon" is not.
Therefore I was merely pointing out that saying that the "n" in "bon" should not be pronounced is a bit inaccurate. I think a better way of phrasing it would be "the n in bon is not pronounced as an usual n".

I love how we got the origin story for this in Mice and Murder, when Grant said Bon Mot a few times. I can't imagine it just being something Brennan pulls out whenever, but I can imagine it being a regular part of Grant's vocabulary.
I'm actually watching Mice & Murder right now and Brennan is the first one to say it. It made me think of this and I had to look it up lol

watching these adventuring parties for the first time after watching the seven etc who are soooo game focused (bc they filmed at the same time as played) was so jarring! it was so fun to see these goofballs just talk abt food and maybe answer episode related question
Until very recently I didn't know what a "Bon Mot" was and thought it was just an inside joke. But they're so naturally funny and chaotic I enjoyed the bit and loved it anyways.
