3 TEAMMATES PREP for OLYMPIC MARATHON

As three BYU Alumni are bound for Paris it only felt right for me to go back to Utah and spend a couple of weeks training with Clayton Young and Conner Mantz. In this video you will see two workouts from week one of my training camp. The first being an uphill threshold just over 8 total miles and climbing 1000ft. The second workout was 1k repeats on grass. This week was a big shock to the system and I felt was the true kick-start to the Paris build.
