In a vibrant display of color and culture, the esteemed Banda Municipal de Zarcero from Costa Rica graced the Santa Monica Pier with an enchanting performance this Wednesday afternoon, on December 28, 2023. As onlookers were treated to an array of dancers and flag twirlers, the air buzzed with anticipation for their upcoming performance at the Tournament of Roses Parade on New Year's Day.
Banda Municipal de Zarcero, hailing from the verdant highlands of Costa Rica, has taken its rightful place on the California stage, with a series of high-profile performances scheduled for this week. Their tour includes the bustling walkways of Disneyland and culminates in a much-anticipated appearance at the Rose Parade, where they will stand as the sole ambassadors of Latin American rhythm and festivity.
