I had the good fortune to hear Ian Noe open for Son Volt last evening at the Paradise in Boston. Fantastic young artist with deep authenticity and great tone. One can hear eastern Kentucky in his voice and music. This was one of the several songs he played. I hope to hear much more from this deeply talented young man.
