Wow, I didn't expect this topic to be perceived so critically by some. I'm really sorry if it leads some of you to unsubscribe from the channel - I definitely won't start producing only AI content! But I've been exploring this over the weekend and found it very interesting - and wanted to present the results here in one place, especially since I myself enjoyed listening to some of them and am fascinated by the recent leaps in quality. I believe nothing beats handmade music, and I would be glad if artists had more financial security and support for their work - on the other hand, I know how tight money can sometimes be and how easy it is to get at least a rough sketch of something you need for little money and effort: be it a jingle, artwork, title image, cover, or a piece of background music, etc.
I'm currently planning lots of new things; turntable comparisons, lo-fi equipment recommendations and tutorials, studio stuff - so please don't be put off by this little excursion/experiment! :-)
Wishing you all the best!

In the past few days, I've been experimenting with various AI models to create music. The results, to me, are truly mind-blowing. Simply astonishing. It's both eerie and incredibly exciting. I'll gradually be releasing a few things - here's an (lofi) hip-hop album that I basically put together in a matter of seconds to minutes. For 100% transparency: I created the transitions myself and added minimal atmospheric samples, such as rain during the transitions, to give it a smoother sound. But that was truly all. The video was not made by AI.
About a year (?) ago, I tried something similar to generate copyright-free samples, but the results were often rough, crude, and not very usable - it's incredible how rapidly things are evolving.
I used to appreciate these tools because, for instance, I'm incredibly bad at graphic design, so I could create title images, covers, etc., and still feel like the sole designer and artist. That perception is changing for me now... I believe these models will revolutionize markets like jingles, etc.: I can now generate in minutes what might have taken me a week, for a fraction of the cost - much like with images and graphic art.
I want to share this with you because I wasn't aware of how advanced certain things already are - and I'm sure I only know the tip of the iceberg. These are going to be very, very exciting times, I suspect.
