बॉस कटर का आर मिक्चर का डाटा 100 परसेंट सही है सर मैंने भी ऐसे ही सेम आर मिकचर का डाटा नोट किया है बाकी दूसरे वीडियो में तो शुरुआत में ही डबल वाइंडिंग करते हैं लेकिन आपने पहले एक से सात पिच में एक बार फिर उसी के साथवाली में डबल बार की है हकीकत में तो डाटा यही है ।

1. As for as the gauge of the wire is concirned It's a long engineering maths, which is taken care of by manufacturer. We simply check the gauge of extracted wire of armature.
2. Theoretically poles of the AC MACHINES are based upon AC supply frequency. BUT practically pole pitch is decided by the slots of the Armature as we know the supply frequency is constant in India i.e. 50htz.

Very nice, I have a question here... how do you determine the direction of rotation before rewinding? Because I think you can rewind well but when testing the direction might change.

Не логично, отмечаешь смещение ламели относительно пазов на один паз, а намотку первой секции ведёшь смещая на два паза оносительно первой ламели коллектора. В результате получится ерунда. Будет круговой огонь и якорь сгорит.

А зачем на вал якоря двигателя еще наматывать виток прежде чем этот провод припаять к ламели коллектора. А нельзя этот провод кратчайшим путем провести от обмотки до ламели коллектора и припаять к ламели.
Если провести его кратчайшим путём, то получится мостик-перемычка, который будет препятствовать всей дальнейшей намотке и при работе прибора его будет центробежной силой стремиться выгнуть наружу и вытянуть из паза на высоких оборотах И провода не припаиваются а просто зажимаются усиками
