When they got swept in the west finals in 2013, I was surprised that they fired Lionel Hollins. He did a great job after taking a team who were first round exits to win one game to the west finals in 2011. 2 years later, Hollins takes the Grizzlies to their first west finals in team history. One last thing, Z-Bo and Marc Gasol need to get their jerseys retired because Memphis is planning to do it for Tony Allen.
