DrStormpooper how is cavani not underrated? When people talk about PSG Cavani isn’t the name you normal here is he? He scored the most goals for PSG yet he hardly gets any praise for being the top striker he is.
@@nicholasmendel1176 He was bought for 65mil when that still was not the norm for top strikers and has more than 10 mil per season (at this time that is more than Kane) - and all that in the French league, no offence to any Franch club supporters but it's not and it never was the most attractive league for outsiders, that is the biggest reason not to be seen here more. Far from underrated but never went to a "bigger club" because nobody is crazy (stupid) to pay more. Ask anybody that supports PL club how many French league matches has he/she seen. Not to look like I have something against Cavani, it's my second favorite striker :)
DrStormpooper PSG got Cavani for that big fee because of the decent season he had at Napoli. Cavani had to put up a lot. When he first arrived at PSG he had to play second striker to ibra often being shifted out to the wing just to accommodate ibra. Did Cavani ever complain about this? Even when rumours suggested that ibra and Canvani we’re constantly butting heads with each other? No Cavani never said a word and stayed humble. When ibra left that season he scored 49 goals in 50 games. 49 goals doesn’t matter what league it is in is just mental. No one ever talks about that amazing season Cavani had. After this amazing season Neymar arrived. Cavani has been treated poorly at PSG. Neymar is to selfish which you could see earlier in his first season when he wouldn’t let Cavani take a free kick and he wouldn’t let Cavani take a penalty when PSG were 7 - 0 up that would make Cavani PSG’s record goal scorer. Finally a piece of history that PSG had to wait another game for because Neymar don’t think about anyone but himself. Do you ever here Cavani complain about how selfish Neymar is? No he is always humble and only says good and positive things about his teammates. When Cavani did break ibra’s record for most goals all Cavani got was a small statue of himself. Pathetic from a club like PSG who don’t appreciate how good of a striker Cavani actually is.

Belotti's never gonna replicate his 2016-17 form and luuk de jong was shit for Newcastle. Instead I think they should go for Luka Jovic or Nicolas Pépé or maybe even Edinson Cavani.

Tbh belotti scores most of his goals this season from penalties and I don't really see him that consistent enough. Last year was a proof in itself, torino is doing pretty well, so manager is just not an issue. He was just another one-season wonder. So is Callum Wilson whom you thankfully didn't mention. Roberto inglese or Patrick Cutrone are also good but I don't think they are good enough to play as a main striker yet.
Luuk de Jong is old and not very good tbh

Also, again as a Chelsea fan, I don't think we should jump for either Higuain or Piatek. Piatek is great but not proven enough, Higuain is not in great form or shape, though that may be system and not player. Of the two, Higuain fills the void that needs filling, Piatek can always be signed in the future.

I think that Cavani will fit perfectly in Arsenal or Chelsea
piatek hasn't proven himself for more than half a season. Yes, it's amazing what he's doing at genoa rn, but it could just be a good spurt or from his perspective, a move which doesn't work could ruin his potential. Everyone should wait atleast 1 more year until he moves to a topclub, however milan might be struggling enough to be a good move for him
All I gotta say is Chelsea love a complicated transfer window so it’s no surprise we’re keen on Gonzalo rather than the “easier” option.
Piątek is very good but I think going to Chelsea is too much of a step for him. I would like him to stay another year at Genoa so we can see if he can keep his form or is just a one season wonder.

Maurizio Sarri is likely to be leaning more heavily in the direction of the player he has coached before and who's immense talent he has seen first hand. The directors will also want to go for the striker who has proven himself more. With this in mind I think Chelsea will sign Higuain.
