- 1束 粉絲 ~40g
- 2片 薑
- 1.2升 熱水
- 1湯匙 蠔油
- 鹽(調味)
醃料
- 1/3茶匙 鹽
- 1茶匙 糖
- 1/2茶匙 胡椒粉
- 1.5湯匙 生抽
- 1湯匙 紹興酒
- 1茶匙 玉米澱粉
- 3-4湯匙 水
- 1茶匙 麻油
Ingredients：
- 2 Fuzzy melon ~500g
- 250g Ground Pork
- 1bunch Vermicelli ~40g
- 2slices Ginger
- 1.2L Hot Water
- 1tbsp Oyster Sauce
- Salt (to taste)
Marinade
- 1/3tsp Salt
- 1tsp Sugar
- 1/2tsp Pepper
- 1.5tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1tbsp Shaoxing Wine
- 1tsp Cornstarch
- 3-4tbsp Water
- 1tsp Sesame Oil
