    SRI RAMACHANDRA MEDICAL CENTRE, PORUR
Well reputed hospital with STATE OF THE ART facilities and with in city limits. Both of my children born at SRMC in 2016 & 2022 respectively. Though the treatment charges are slightly higher but we could hear many of the patients are happily coming out of the hospital with either in recovered condition or with clear view of the future treatment/life.
Both of my kids were born in SRMC in 2016 & 2022 respectively. Comparatively there is lot of improvement between these years.
It's obvious that management is focusing on technology upgradation in medical treatment. But at the same time, there is no focus on the fundamental requirements for the patient.
Lots of patients are complaining about the internal transfers. i.e examples like wheel chairs. There is plenty of wheel chairs are available but service person availability is poor. Patients who has undergone operation has to wait for wheel chairs. Myself experienced this for my wife, several times issue has been escalated to Admin officers, but the problem not resolved.
About the doctors , they gave big picture about the medical costs which makes the patients to worry before taking the treatment itself. Kindly focus on this to give amicable explanations and reason for this much of charges.
During every patient discharge, one person will come and ask the feedback that too verbally with out any written information. How all this issues will be highlighted to management, is this for name sake ?.
At the end, patient should not affected and disappointed for this fundamental requirements related issues. Hope management of SRMC will take actions on this.
    All the best !!!
