My own hair growth journey of success, I stuck to this daily regimen:
Take early morning sunshine every day for essential vitamin D. Eat vegetables of all colours. Applying paraben-free and fragrance free hair shampoo and massaging twice a week with hair oil by litttleextra cocooonion oil. Imp. to remember that hair growth is affected by general well-being as well as circulation and nutrition.
Yes dear shallots are very good for hair growth..I make hair oil with shallots 😊am from kerala so I use shallots in curries also..

oil and water never mix together and it's not good to use rosemary that way , You could have boil Rosemary leaves with the concoction . It's a suggestion from a dermatologist ☺️ please share right information alot of indians rely on home remadies don't share something harmful 🙏 .
