Alexandra, you're the best. Thank you for your tips! A tip to you as a thank you, if you want another layer on top or instead of your shapewear you can wear a thermal. They are a total gamechanger when it comes to preserving body heat.

I have a cold body, even in spring i wear more clothes than normally what ppl would wear. So when it’s winter, I am the one who never wants to move, has no activity, and prefers sleeping all the time. But I’m grateful that I have been gifted with all the reasons to keep me warm. 😊

I wish I had seen this earlier…! We have -20 to -30 celsius in Finland 😭 so even this amount of layering might be too little but for sure I could benefit from the layering tips! looks so so comfortable. Especially the fleece tights + I like the shaper too for posture and warmth. Then a 50 cm layer of puffer coat on top hahahhh

I live in a climate that constantly changes and when the wind blows It feels painfully cold. Great tips for keeping the core warm and still looking girly. Back in the day when women wouldn't dare wear slacks to church I wore tights and boots and long everything.

Great video! I'm Canadian and unless you work outside or are going to a funeral in January you don't need all of this. A long down filled parka will keep you warm for the short distances we may walk in -40. I like that you showed warmers and explained layers and keeping the core, head, toes and fingers warm but trust me this is all cute for up to -10. After that temp for longer than an hour it doesn't matter what you wear you have to go inside and warm up.

the problem with the winter, if i wear too many undergarments to keep warm, i get so overheated whenever i go inside places like the subway, or any building, and feel like im suffocating and sweating. i feel like layers only really work if they are easily removed when you go inside somewhere
I would recommend heat tech inners. They have them in marks and Spencer and Uniqlo. Honestly I often wear just a heattech T-shirt (I have cute ones with lace) and a pair of good looking joggers (Nike for example) or heattech tights and skirt. Heattech has the benefit of being more breathable than fleece, so you don’t sweat in it as much

it’s very natural for people to change as they grow up. I’m guessing she’s in her early 30’s now and she started this channel as a teenager right? Maturing will happen. I can’t imagine being expected to talk, style myself, carry myself and be interested in all of the same things as when I was an 18 year old😊

Great seeing the fleece-lined leggings. I’ve been considering getting them for awhile. The pantyhose over the top for color adjustment is an excellent idea! How have these leggings held us through washes and wear so far? Also, when wearing under shaping I find the need to add a tunic tank top or tank dress to help hide any dimples in the lay of my outer dress caused by clips and such in the shape wear.
I have the same nude ones as her. I've been wearing them regularly for two winters now and they've held up very well. I would definitely recommend getting some. If it's really cold out, sometimes I wear two pairs of them to keep extra warm

This is a great video for those living in milder winters. I could never in Hokkaido. We have to put on layers upon layers of clothing, making us look bulky to the point where we look 10 lbs heavier. Not to mention, the THICK puffers we have to wear. These light coats would never do the job. Honestly, in such brutal temperatures, no one really cares about dressing cute. It's all dressing for utility around here.
How cold is it there? Internet tells me it's around -1 Celsius degrees right now, which doesn't seem too harsh
@@lwieserce1899 where I live, the lowest it gets is around -20 in February. Currently it’s -2 and will go down to -6 at night. -1 is actually quite harsh here considering our crazy coastal winds and heavy snowstorms.
