I think when they first released ssj3 I freaked out and his deeper voice just hit that vibe of power. Also when he was actually stronger than Fat Buu and won made me beyond happy. Seeing Goku back in the day in ssj3 I really wanted him to defeat Buu completely. But seeing Shallot utilizing ssj3 effectively makes me so happy. Super happy to see they Gave love to all of shallots forms and makes me wonder if we will see a new one soon ! That being said , hopefully they can include a patch sometime in the future to assign a certain form of shallot to each team instead of having to switch everytime in customize. I wonder if we will see other Hero or Ex cards be turned into Sparkings or ultras ? Very excited for the future of the game
as someone trying to get godly with all f2p characters (I'm a masochist), I have been mostly using ssj2 just for his endurance as endurance is pretty rare for f2p cards and it allows me to counter rising rush sometimes
I guess to help the algorithm I should repeat my comment from a few videos ago so here we go: I'm a big fan of SS2 and while I do think all of them are some phenomenal units, I definitely think the order is something like this SS1 - With any blue that gives you access to a green, you get 3 uses of double vanish. I don't think I need to explain beyond that when you combine it with great damage buffs. SS3 - A phenomenal nuke on transformation with an extremely strong main. Unfortunately while his damage stays great after the 1st 10-15 counts he doesn't get close to that peak thanks to losing out on cover null. Becoming a better pivot after transformation ends thanks to the card destruction is nice but not really enough. Base - An extremely durable unit thanks to the heal on cover as well as being a legitimately terrifying last man with some nice support. The only reason to use SS2 instead of base in my opinion would probably come down to the value of endurance. SSG - A bit less damage than 3 in exchange for amazing consistency and longevity due to having a good amount of natural healing. SS2 - An extremely effective strike support with endurance and the lowest damage of the 4 until he's last man. Obviously not bad but he reads better than he plays. Lacking as much cut as base while also not having nearly as much damage has really hurt SS2 in my eyes. After a bit more playing I still hold my stances for the most part BUT SS3 ends up sneaking his way into the #2 slot after a bit because SSG just doesn't quite feel like enough to me
After making it to the end of the video I feel like it's definitely a difference in value for the defensive value of SS2 shallot. I definitely think that SS2 can be a nice unit but I just never feel myself going "damn that endurance would've saved the game." Especially when so many strong units just ignore endurance entirely AND the time where shallot is his best defensively is before his transformation which makes me personally like SS2 even less because he simply doesn't have the cut necessary to survive these amazing units. Definitely liked the list and hearing your opinions on it the units and it was super cool to get a video like this from you.
3:37 Actually Base Shallot's main would shorten ANY allies's sub count, not just Game Originals. You can compare it to Zenkai Super Baby 2's main where Baby's main only applies to GT and Regeneration. Also banger vid as usual
My favorite form is SS3. I've been exclusively running Super Warrior with him and SS3 works really well because... The Super Hero Piccolo restores vanish, Majin Buu saga Tien restores vanish, and the Shallot transformation restores vanish. My favorite Special move is the LF SS4 Goku's, I was actually pleasantly surprised to find out that it combos from the cover change. You'd NEVER assume that because LF SS4 Goku has a Cover Rescue, not a knock back.

I agree with D-Free all of the forms of shallot is good and very viable but Super Saiyan God is very very underwhelming and just not good his green is very good tho with the cover null for ten timer counts other then that his super saiyan god is underwhelming that being said I still believe the update a huge W

Feels like they didn't do much with God form. It definitely needed some extra love imo and, like you said, it feels exactly like the Hero version of the form tbh.
My favorite form for shallot is ssj3 because the fact that he can counter UL kid Buu and ssgss gogeta and he can buff the HP of other Saiyan's now if u make the right team u can have a really beefy team

I like ssj3 the best not because of the OP stats (I like the stats tho) but because you can cheese mvp 17 with endurance nullification and stuff like that.
And ssj3 shallot gets vanish back on transformation cover null endurance null he hits like a freaking truck and you can one shot with certain special moves the only draw back is the times transformation but they upgraded it from 45 counts to 60 and now I rarely see shallot deep transforming.
Now im curious about 2 things 1. Since now we know shallot can change rarities as well are they gonna do an ultra shallot? 2. Are they ever gonna release summonable versions of game original characters like shallot and giblet fusion or a tag shallot and giblet
My forms Ssj3 Ssg Ssj2 Ssj Base People keep downplaying ssg and idk why. Ssj2 has endurance sure, but a lot of units nullify that(including ssj3 shallot). Ssj is underwhelming for my ngl. And base is based, but also, I want a transformation. My opinion tho. Do with it what you will.

SSG Shallot should've been a revival transformation. Gives you plenty of playtime in base form and gives him access for another utility mechanic.
Ssj3 is scary and good for me, fought a ssj3 shallot and it took forever to take him down and he also tanked a ult from rose and a rr

Ssj is good, but he's not as good or as versatile as 2 or 3. He doesn't actually do basically anything better.
